Hello,,

My name is Fatima Alanqar, I am 30 years old, and my husband Bilal Dader is 33. We are parents to five children: Yazan (12), Fadl (11), Zina (10), Rajaa (7), and our baby girl Basma, who is just a year and a half old.

My lovely family

We live in Tal AlHawa, Gaza. In the early days of the war, we were forced to flee our home after it was completely destroyed by occupation forces with fire and missiles. Our car was also burned down to a heap of metal, and all our clothes were burned too. We have been displaced 17 times, each time escaping death by a miracle. We walked long distances on foot with our children who struggled to keep up, driven by fear to escape danger.

After years of effort and construction for our house, then one day and one night everything vanished

Hello,,
Hello,,

My children's mental health has been shattered. They have suffered immensely from fear, displacement, and homelessness, with barely enough food and water to feed a small cat. They have endured carrying water over long distances throughout the day, surrounded by destruction, rockets, and shrapnel. They were deprived of continuing their education, despite being top students.

One of those times when we had to sleep in our previously destroyed house, a missile landed on us and, by God’s grace, it did not explode.

Hello,,

My children have been deprived of the food they love and need for their bodies and minds to grow, enduring constant fear and terror day and night for 10 months without any peace or rest. We also contracted many diseases, including hepatitis and skin infections due to the lack of water and hygiene supplies in overcrowded shelters and sometimes in our destroyed home :( . We were also forced to stay completely still for periods ranging from 3 to 7 days due to the ongoing siege, drinking contaminated water out of fear of the tanks around us.

Our car was not spared from the bombing either

Hello,,

The children's rooms were completely burned...

Hello,,

Hello,,

Some members of my family were martyred, and others were injured. Fear, crying, and sadness fill the place.

We once had all the comforts and basic tools for a decent life, but now we have lost everything. We cook our food over open fires despite the exhaustion and heat, and we barely manage to get flour, water, and firewood. Yet we remain resilient in northern Gaza despite the bombing, hunger, and severe shortages of water, medicine, and necessary supplies.

And now, that's all we have

Hello,,

I was even forced to wean my year-and-a-half-old daughter due to the lack of milk :( .

We are displaced and homeless, continuously moving from one place to another until this dreadful war ends.

My heart breaks for her.... :

Hello,,

We are in desperate need of your help. We invite you to contribute to this fund to save my family and provide us with a safe shelter, food, water, and healthcare for all of us. Please share our story with your friends and family to raise awareness and support. Your words and prayers give us the strength to endure these difficult circumstances.

Your donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference in our lives. We rely on your support and standing by us during this tough time. Together, we can restore hope and safety for Fatima and her family.

I do think with news of the ceasefire, everyone should read up on what the ceasefire actually means and what the different phases of the ceasefire are. here's a good source for what we know as of now:

What do we know about a Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal in Gaza?
Al Jazeera
Ceasefire reportedly agreed, including a prisoner exchange and aid surge, after more than 460 days of conflict.

Some of my initial takeaways are:

this ceasefire is temporary (as of right now, six weeks long). negotiations will continue but israel is not offering guarantees about continued non-violence. BDS remains important. be vigilant, keep pressure up

rafah crossing will open one week after the initial phase starts

israel will release 2000 prisoners

more aid will get to northern gaza, look out for ways you can help

if the second phase is initiated, israel will do a complete withdrawal from gaza. which means the initial phase will not include that. again i say: BE VIGILANT

if the third phase is reached, reconstruction will begin "under international supervision"

nothing is over, even if this is a relief. do not tape out, do not tune out.

pls still read the full article

Reports of 200+ Palestinians massacred by the Israelis.

Much like the Super Bowl rescue, the slaughtered Palestinians are - at best - a footnote to the retrieved Israelis.

No human life is worth this. Not yours, not mine - no one’s life is worth this slaughter, this depravity. https://t.co/K7ZMd5U3dl

🚨BREAKING: THE U.S “HUMANITARIAN” PORT WAS USED TO MURDER MORE THAN 200 PALESTINIANS AND INJURE MORE THAN 400.

Israeli state media confirms that Israeli special forces used a humanitarian aid vehicle to sneak into Nuseirat, where they rescued the four captives.

Over 200 Palestinians killed. Over 400 wounded.

Every major western news outlet leading with the 4 rescued Israeli hostages.

Some homepages not even mentioning the Palestinian dead. https://t.co/MiQF5mewKy pic.twitter.com/a7r60dYgRC

— Dan Sheehan (@danpjsheehan) June 8, 2024
Israelis did not drop one bomb, or two bombs, not even three.

At least 7 bombs were dropped in the same residential area.

This is a deliberate and targeted massacre of over 200 Palestinians. https://t.co/nspz5whj2i

If it turns out to be true that Israeli forces infiltrated Nuseirat in humanitarian aid trucks, and the US-built pier was used during the operation in which 200+ Palestinians were killed, then Israel and the US have just put the life of every foreign aid worker in danger.

— Mohammad Alsaafin (@malsaafin) June 8, 2024
What a day for a mass protest outside the White House. Thousands and thousands of people are going there right now. Right after we all learned that the U.S. “humanitarian pier” was used by Israel in their mass slaughter of over 200 Palestinians while they extracted 4 hostages. https://t.co/4N7aR6fLkY

— Read Let This Radicalize You (@JoshuaPHilll) June 8, 2024
White House statement on hostages says nothing about 200+ Palestinians killed, they just commend Israel for “daring operation.”

All hostages could have been freed months ago if the US allowed international ceasefire efforts and 1000s of Palestinian lives saved, if they mattered. pic.twitter.com/EaMDy3hkSu

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

Hello, I am Mounir Raed Al-Anqar. I am 19 years old. I was born in Gaza and live there.… ahmed Alanqar needs your support for Help us to sur

My name is Mounir, and I am part of a family of seven. We used to live a simple life in Gaza, before the war changed everything.

My father, Raed (47), my mother, Amani (39), my older sisters, Rasha (22), who is married, and Rana (21), who is also married, my brother Mohamed (16), and my little sister Sham (4), we all dreamed of a safe and stable life.

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

When the war began, we were forced to leave our home due to heavy shelling nearby.

We took shelter in the shop that was our only source of income— a sanitary supplies shop where my father, brother, and I worked.

We could only stay one night before leaflets were dropped from airplanes ordering a full evacuation of the area. We had no choice but to move to Al-Shifa Medical Complex, where we lived in a tent for a week.

Then, another evacuation order came, and we were told to head south of Gaza.

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

With no relatives to take us in, we ended up in an unfinished school building in the central area.

The 90 days we spent there were the hardest of our lives— no water, no food, and nothing fit for human life. We had to walk more than 1.5 kilometers just to buy a small amount of food to keep us alive.

After this long ordeal, another evacuation order came, but before we could leave, the school was bombed.

It was terrifying— we narrowly escaped death, leaving everything behind.

We fled to Rafah, a place that seemed safer at first, but there too, we found no shelter.

We had to live in a tent, in the freezing winter cold.

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

We had no way to keep warm, and we nearly froze to death.

My mother, who suffers from chronic asthma, was in a dire situation because we couldn’t find her medications.

She ran out of the medicine that helps her breathe, and she started having painful attacks.

This is one of the many types of medicine that you use, but there is none of it because it has run out

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

The smoke from the fire we used for cooking and the terrible smell from the lack of sanitation in the school made her condition worse.

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

My little sister Sham is also suffering from skin rashes due to the unsanitary conditions, and she has diarrhea and vomiting because the drinking water is contaminated.

Our Story: A Family's Journey Through War

We are living in inhumane conditions, and we don’t even have the clothes we need to survive the coming winter.🥶(🧥❌)

My brother Mohamed and I carry a heavy burden— we fetch water from faraway places, and we search for food to ease our hunger.

My married sisters and their small children are also in desperate need of baby formula, clothes, and diapers.

Even the food that reaches us in the school from charity kitchens is barely edible due to poor cooking.🤢

This is our life… fear, hunger, cold, and bombing. 💔

We live in constant terror and uncertainty. 😔💔

We desperately need your help and support— any donation can help save our lives and ease our suffering.🥺🙏🏻

As a rule of thumb, don't reblog donation posts or people asking for donations unless they've been vetted and reblogged by Palestinian bloggers. We usually go to lengths to verify this shit because we know scammers have been faking to get people to send them money, using the urgency of our genocide as bait.

It's disgusting this is what we're dealing with, but people are losing money because of some truly evil people out there.

Accounts don't just randomly spring up on tumblr without gofundmes while asking for someone to help them create a campaign. Fuck out of here with that shit.
