occasionally i come barrelling back into the dragon age fandom with some random fanart, hello

getting inspired to create stuff is honestly the meaning of life. like i found a great story and now i wanna make a cool story too. literally could there be any better feeling

late posts of some of my Wicked act2 scenes. 

Listen I’m not fully caught up on the manga or anime, but the Endeavor redemption leaves a really bad taste in my mouth so far. Especially because it’s barely brought up while focusing on his relationship with his kids that he BOUGHT HIS WIFE.

Also I feel like the people who I’ve seen talk about online end up excusing his behavior because of in world reasons (ex: he’s the number one hero so he can’t be held accountable) when they don’t recognize that it’s being written by a person, and the person wrote it that way for a reason.

Like when you’re writing a story about abuse and you focus more on how the abusers feel about their actions than how the victims do…that seems odd.

I want to read the autobiography of Cordelia Vorkosigan because sometimes she would sound just SO BETAN, but other times she would be like ‘and then I held my therapist’s head underwater in a fish tank lol’

Once you’re much later in the series, I will recommend many more fics because this fandom has a disproportionate amount of stellar fic and I don’t understand it. I particularly recommend Philomytha and avanti_90, both of whom are hella prolific and hella good.
