Talia is Batman's greatest love and you can't tell me otherwise
Melisande (Talias mother) to me was a figure of light and love for Talia in her formative years. While her father would train her, the only times he’d ever go easy were when Melisande asked him to. She was an excellent care taker. Soft and warm in contrast to the cold callousness of Ra’s. She who would hold Talia and sing her lullabies, stroke her back and hold her hand. Who could persuade Ra’a to do the best thing when doing the right thing wasn’t possible. Beloved by her people. Her death scarred the family forever. Ra’s pushed harder, his recklessness caused him to use the pits more than he should have, and caused Talia to train relentlessly day and night. It hardened both of them, but Ra’s was already stone to begin with.

Selina is a character I’m really fond of. I write her too, but of course not as much as Talia. In my writings, Selina is a morally grey neutral force. She does love Bruce, but she is simply not the type of person to be tied down. She isn’t in any committed relationships, instead she bounces around from person to person. Batman, Harley, and Ivy being the most frequent. She’s a bit of a swinger really. And I do heavily support the Talia x Selina fans. All three of you. There’s a very clear opportunity for some heavy sexual tension here. They’d just never be more than a fun time fling every once in a while TO ME.
I love love love Talia so much but I just have had such low energy for writing and drawing in general for so long but especially for her. It gets to be really annoying trying to find a space to be creative with other people, spaces where I typically flourish, but majority of them are despicably toxic. I want to share my thoughts about Talia and all the amazing ideas I have had about her that could fix her narratively and even give her so much more to do, but there aren’t a lot of people who are interested or even willing to hear it. She unfortunately has a poor standing with the fandom, and for a while, I just got tired of explaining why people were wrong about her.
WELL NOT ANYMORE!!!
IM MAKING A COMEBACK WITH MORE TALIA MUSE THAN EVER BEFORE! TO MY FIVE FANS OUT THERE WHO PROBABLY FORGOT ABOUT MY PAGE, IM BACK AND I SWEAR I WILL BE POSTING! I HAVE SO MANY IDEAS I CANT WAIT TO POST!!! HOORAYYYY

"You're not Talia. Talia smells of Jasmine and Rose of Taif"
How do I reblog something 8 million times
I’ve been playing Apex Legends pretty much since it came out. Took a long break on it and am finally back into now that it has crossplay but i’ve noticed something again that’s been irking me for a while now.
This.
Everything else about this skin is very nice except his hair. Not only is that shit..ugly but it’s also cultural appreciation.
As well as this,
Crypto is Korean if I’m remembering correctly and that skin is supposed to be the Hype Beast sort of style yeah. There is a PLETHORA of amazing hairstyles that are not only originally from South Korea but just in general and yet they chose a cornrow style...
I’m not even going to say anything about Wraith. Those look like grinch fingers not locks.
Now, listen. All this wouldn’t be so bad if Bangalore didn’t have the same hairstyle just in different lengths and colors for all her skins.
I love that Apex had a diverse set of characters pretty much from launch, I do! I was so excited to see that after months of playing OW and their “diverse” cast of characters. I love that they had two strong black(and incredibly attractive. Lookin at you bangalore.) women right off the bat but I don’t like seeing them waste their amazing stylistic potential by giving the all of the traditionally black hair styles to the non-black characters.
We want this:
Look at her! She looks amazing!
Not this:
No body wants to get an epic Victory Royale with rat tails on their head.
Another poem w brutalia vibes
I did not expected all of that good feedback on my WIPs, so thank you all for the nice comments and enjoy the final product 🖤 I had a lot of fun while I was editing, couldn’t decide which is my fav piece-
