1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).
2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.
for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:
"i have my desired face"
"i look exactly how i want to"
"i have head turning beauty"
"i woke up with my desired face"
"i am extremely beautiful"
or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:
"money comes to me quickly and easily"
"i always have more than enough money"
"i am rich"
"i have multiple streams of income"
"i am a money magnet"
if i was shifting to my dr i'd affirm something like:
"i will wake up in my dr"
"i am in my dr"
"i shifted"
"i woke up in my dr"

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.
people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.
in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".
this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!
1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.
2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.
KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.
you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.
3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!
you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

this is kitty. kitty is a curious cat learning her way through law of assumption.
what kitty really wanted, this time, was a new toy, in the shape of a mouse. she would love one of those! so, kitty started manifesting for it. and waited. and waited. and waited, waited, waited. her toy was nowhere to be seen.
why didn’t her toy get to her? what was up? kitty was confused, but she wouldn’t give up that easily. she really wanted that toy, so she would get it. that’s how her world works.
kitty thought about it for a bit, and then everything was clear for her. kitty decided to use revision, so that she would find she would’ve got her toy when she wonted it. revision was the best idea ever. so, kitty started affirming: “i got my toy the other day”, “i already have my favorite toy”, “i’ve been gifted a new toy a few days ago”. she revised, and revised, and revised, and saturated her mind, and affirmed. she would get her new toy, no matter what.
the next day, kitty woke up. when she went to the living room, she found, behind the tv, a little box. she looked into it, and there was a little not that said “to kitty”, with the date of a few days before. kitty indecisively opened it, and gasped.
she had the new toy! shaped like a mouse! and she had been having it for days, she just didn’t think of looking around! kitty was over the moon happy, and immediately started playing with her new, favorite toy.

I remember not understanding when people would say “just do it now don’t wait till tonight or tomorrow to say you have it, don’t wait for “perfect circumstances” or when you think you should claim it”…. I never got it till a couple months ago. It literally means what it says, don’t wait to live and have faith in imagination. If you look around and say ew and then go into imagination and have that “someday it will be like that” mentality you need to stop. If you go in imagination and have it there then that means you have it right now, not in five minutes, not in a day but literally right now this very second. It’s here now because imagination is the true place. Imagination is where you live. If you keep saying it’s here I have it now. It will be pushed out into the 3d faster than you can blink once.
An example. If you live with your parents in a not so great home and don’t feel pretty, don’t like your body etc. whatever is wrong just be bold and dare to assume the wish fulfilled. Just start. Once you decide to start that’s when shit will start working for you. Even if you don’t “see” it changing. Baby it is changing more than you can even comprehend no matter what it is. If you are imagining yourself in a mansion with millions of dollars, healthy relationships and happy with your appearance, then guess what? You literally have it right now. It might feel strange at first but within a day or two it will feel more natural because it will become habit.
I understand the goal is for the 3d to conform and it will i promise. It has to no matter what. But keep feeling it in the imagination. Keep persisting. Keep that ‘I always get what I want no matter what’ mindset. Those feelings you feel, those affirmations you feel are very real and what you have now. Don’t look at the 3d and say well I still look like this, or still live here then you aren’t doing it right. When you are in imagination, persisting “my life is a magical fairytale” and you have that yes it’s real feeling, when you “come back” to the 3d senses sit there and be like “yes that is real and I have it now because I said so”
I hope that makes sense. I’m not talking about emotions, but that knowing feeling. This is why persisting is so important. Whatever you do whether it’s affirming, daydreaming, sats, void etc. they are all reminders of what you currently have in your reality.

HEYYY YALLL ITS ME(void girl)!! basically i got into my bed, found a comfy position and started focusing on my breathing and after being relaxed and kinda drowsy, i started affirming. i only used “i’m pure consciousness” (cause i couldn’t remember the other ones lmao) and i started feeling lighter, and more floaty. and at some point i couldn’t even feel my body. i couldn’t feel my bed i was laying on, the pillows or the blanket. i couldn’t even feel the fan that was blowing at the highest level. NOTHING. it was pitch black. i started visualizing my desires (mainly my df and db). i’ve never visualized so vividly in my life. after visualizing, i set the intention to come back with all my desires (and ofc bc ur sub mind is goddamn powerful, it already knew what desires and what not). i woke up from the void state and immediately went to sleep. i woke up this morning, and notice my body and face is completely different, i got an email from my bank saying a transaction was made into my account. y’all i was so excited!! i’m currently packing for california as we speak. y’all try it. the void method is so damn powerful, and it feels great. PS!! i did get itchy but use that power ik you have in you, and ignore it

so manifesting my desired appearance in full took roughly 2 weeks, also this post is pretty long bcuz im not gatekeeping anything, im giving u guys the full story, the full scoop on how i did it so here we go...
some things that i remember doing was, before going to bed i'd either read what my desired appearance looks like (i wrote a list bcuz me as a person, i LOVE writing things down) and i'd read that list before bed like it was fact.
or if i didn't have the list with me, when i was the state akin to sleep i'd talk to myself (ik it sounds weird but its natural for me so it worked) and i'd be like "ik for a fact that i am (fill in the blank)" or "ik for a fact that i have (fill in the blank)"
and i'd just say it to myself, or sometimes when i'd shower, for every part of my body that i'd wash (i separated it into sections) and for each section i'd talk about an aspect of my appearance as though it was from someone else's POV. for example, part of my desired appearance was a difference in hair texture so i'd say "omg honey's hair is SO long and glossy". like i'd talk thru someone else's pov ABOUT my appearance in either a tone of admiration, envy, or indifference.
even if i didn't see movement a couple times or got discouraged, i went back to what feels RIGHT and thats affirming for me.

another thing that rly helped me was visualization, i was living PURELY in my imagination, completely in my head. i was REAL delulu. i have a vision board on pinterest that was SO helpful for me.
when i saw things in the 3d that didn't please me i completely disregarded it, and when i tell u COMPLETELY, i completely dismissed anything that i didn't like, or that didn't sit right with me.
another little exercise that i liked to do was actually bcuz of a bad habit. so i have a RLY bad habit of checking the 3d but i used it to my advantage. my habit was that every morning the first thing i'd do is go and look in the mirror. when i manifested my desired appearance what i'd do, is i would go to the bathroom mirror and tell my subconscious what i see. so my logic behind this was that since the subconscious didn't have any eyes i could tell my subconscious that i had the head of a unicorn and it'd believe me 💀. so i would talk to my subconscious and tell it what i saw. "i see an angel skull" "i see rly rly long lashes" "i see waist-length hair" etc etc.
i went to the end and i BASKED in it. moral of this manifestation story :
persist regardless of what u experience with ur 5 senses
time is an illusion so forget about it
dont settle for less than what u seek
go straight to the end and bathe in it bcuz u can't try and be something that u already are

i was up at 2AM js pondering why my mindset felt all sh!t & then had a 'eureka!' moment.
Lately, i found myself feeling angry, frustrated, doubting, having intrusive thoughts & felt anxious 24/7 and its like, why couldn't i use this to my adventage? So now, i'm affirming "whenever i feel negative emotion/states, i manifest my desires a billion times easier" and it is working wonders for me. Now i feel like no matter what, nothing, i mean NOTHING can stop me from getting what i want.
So what im tryna say is, use you feeling frustrated, etc to ur advantage. If you feel frustrated about manifesting/desires, you can simply affirm that whenever u feel these feelings, u manifest so much easier. That way, you can feel much more content with manifesting, knowing that no matter what u experience, your desires will materialise regardless.

The Science Behind Manifesting 🧪
Your thoughts create your reality. But that’s not all, you need to know how and why.
This is how I view it, we have all been programmed to be a specific way since childhood, through repetition. We learned our names by our parents repeating it to us. We learned our ABC’s through repetition. We want to adapt a new habit? They say to do it every day for 21 days which is repetition .
Why does repetition work? Every time you repeat something, a neural-pathway in your brain gets stronger.
“Neural pathways are the connections that form between the neurons in your brain. And you can think of them as a pattern that represents any thought about anything you've ever had”
The stronger the neural pathway is, the easier it is to believe in and the more natural it is to you. It will eventually become an autopilot thought you don’t even need to think about.
There are two parts to manifesting and that is the conscious and subconscious mind.
The conscious mind is responsible for logic, reasoning, and analyzing.
It plays a crucial role in shaping our perception of reality.
It acts as a protector for the subconscious mind, filtering what enters its domain (this is important).
Initially cautious, it ensures only beneficial beliefs and affirmations are accepted (this however doesn’t mean what you think it means).
Through repetition, the conscious mind accepts new beliefs without resistance.
This process allows affirmations to manifest effectively in the subconscious mind.
Now for the subconscious mind
First off the subconscious is the printer for the 3d but it does so much more than that.
The subconscious mind ensures basic bodily functions like breathing and heart pumping.
It helps in creating and maintaining patterns and routines (this is important to remember and we will go more in depth about this).
It relieves the conscious mind from excessive mental exertion and fatigue by taking care of the two activities above. (imagine if you had to consciously make sure your were breathing 😦).
The subconscious mind does not know the difference between possible and impossible .
Here is an explanation of everything
Repeated affirmations help the conscious mind accept new beliefs as true, allowing them to settle into the subconscious.
Thoughts similar to existing programming are more easily accepted because the conscious mind does not view them as a threat.
You need to know that the conscious mind’s job is to protect the subconscious mind. If it didn’t, absolutely everything we think day to day would manifest no matter what. It would be chaos.
Thoughts beneficial yet opposite to current beliefs may be perceived as a threat. This does not mean you can not manifest. Sometimes the conscious mind may cause intrusive thoughts that can make you feel discouraged, however if you just persist in the fact that you have your desire, those intrusive thoughts will go away.
However in my experience, I view an increase in negative thoughts when manifesting something new as a good sign, indicating that my affirmations are getting through.
Over time, this process makes the assumption automatic, requiring no conscious effort. The subconscious takes over, what you want manifests which makes the belief an autopilot thought.
A lot of people think it is the other way around but it is not, I have never had the belief/assumption before I had the manifestation, in fact I never believe in my affirmations until they manifest.
Is manifesting a process then?
No.
Another thing to remember is that the 4D is the real reality, not the 3D. It took me a while to understand this too, and I hope I explain it well.
3D (Physical Reality): This is our tangible, physical world.
4D (Imagination/Thoughts): This represents our imagination and thoughts.
The 3D is a reflection of the 4D.
The 4D is considered the real reality because it is the source of all creation and manifestation. Everything that appears in the 3D starts as a thought or belief in the 4D.
