Roku and Zuko parallel

Ever since I first saw the episode I've noticed this:

Roku doesn't even TRY to use reason, argument and emotion to get Sozin to abandon his idea of world conquest, he just bluntly says no and refuses all talk on the subject. Then later almost kills Sozin and cuts all contact with him then wonders and regrets that he hasn't changed.

Similarly Zuko throws Azula into a horrific asylum to rot and suffer alone for almost two years with no one except her hallucinations to try to convince her to change paths. Then once she's out he throws half hearted second chances at her and is surprised, sad and furious that her mind is too broken and her distrust too great to take them.

I do not have much hope for a good ending for Azula but I hope the realization of why he failed will hit Zuko eventually.

They don't count starvation victims as part of the death count, correct?

This make me sad cause most probably his scars were made by Belos of thinking Hunter is disobeying or just cause the emperor is a abuser and Hunter is really strong and could protect himself but he is just scared and waiting in fear for the damage of A SCYTHE that Darius made.

hey, i know people typically dislike seeing posts like these but PLEASE pay attention to what’s happening in brazil right now. the federal police are conducting various unauthorized operations with the sole intention of blocking the roads and keeping people from voting, specially in places where people mostly vote for the opposing candidate to the current president. you can probably guess that this is a pretty illegal attempt to keep the current president in power.

i am asking you to talk about this, to spread the word, to not let this happen in silence because we cannot let our country receive such shameless attacks to our democracy like this.
