شورای شهر، روز گذشته یک‌فوریت طرح تعیین روز تهران در تقویم عمومی کشور را تصویب و برای ثبت به شورای فرهنگ عمومی کشور ارسال کرد. قرار است پس از 200 سال از تعیین تهران به‌عنوان پایتخت ایران، از این پس، 14 مهر روز تهران در تقویم کشور به ثبت برسد. اين شهر اما فارغ از پايتخت سياسي ايران، شهري پر از خاطره‌هاي تاريخ معاصر ايران است.

شهر قصه‌ها و آدم‌ها جلال ستاری . اسطوره‌شناس هر یک از ما که امروز در تهران زندگی می‌کنیم، بازیگر نمایش‌نامه‌ای بر صحنه این شهر هستیم. تفاوت ما با بازیگران تئاتر در این است که آنها بر صحنه تأثیری نمی‌گذارند، اما ما شهروندان بر شهرمان تأثیرگذار هستیم. رابطه ما با تهران همین است؛ یک رابطه دوسویه. چه زمانی که پسربچه‌ای بودم در سنگلج، چه حالا که پیرمردی هستم گریخته از آلودگی هوای تهران، رابطه‌ام با تهران و رابطه تهران با من، حذف‌شدنی نیست. این شهر شاید در مکانیسم سیاسی، پایتخت باشد، اما برای هرکدام از ما ایرانی‌ها، شهری فراتر از یک پایتخت سیاسی است. اینجا محل بسیاری از رویدادها بوده است؛ رویدادها و حوادثی که هرکدام به دل و حافظه شهر رسوخ کرده‌ و معنایی را به وجود آورده‌اند؛ شهری که در کتاب «اسطوره تهران» با صفت‌های مختلفی موصوفش کرده بودم، پیش از هرچیز، شهر قصه‌ها و آدم‌هاست.

شهری پراز خاطره پری صابری . كارگردان تئاتر تولد من در کرمان، تصادفی است، من خود را زاده تهران می‌دانم. پدر و مادرم اهل تهران هستند و از زمانی که چشم به جهان گشودم، شهر تهران را به‌عنوان زادگاه خود می‌شناسم؛ در تهران بزرگ شده‌ام، در تهران به مدرسه رفته‌ام و بسیاری از سال‌های عمرم را در همین شهر گذرانده‌ام و معاشر آدم‌هایی بوده‌ام که حالا کمتر می‌توان نمونه‌هایشان را پیدا کرد. سال‌ها پیش، در یک مسافرت کاری، پدرم چند ماهی خانواده را با خود به کرمان برد و این شد که در شناسنامه، زادگاه من، کرمان قید شده، اما از ته دل خودم را تهرانی می‌دانم. درست است که شناخت زیبایی را در پاریس آموختم، اما شهری که به من زندگی آموخت، بی‌شک همین تهران است؛ تهرانی که حالا برایم خاطره افرادی را دارد که دیگر نمی‌بینمشان؛ خاطره فروغ، خاطره گلستان، خاطره شاملو، خاطره اخوان و خاطره سهراب سپهری.

There’s one woman behind Fuzzy Fawn Wildlife (@fuzzyfawn). “My dad nicknamed me Fuzzy the day I was born because of my white hair that stood up in every direction. I’ve been Fuzzy to everyone I know since,” says the volunteer who is licensed by New York State to rescue and rehabilitate wildlife. “A fawn that is sickly has a fuzzy coat, so after all of these years being called Fuzzy, my name finally fit!”

Six years ago, a deer who had been struck by a car entered Fuzzy’s yard. “Long story short, it took me four hours to find help for this deer that was suffering. I wasn’t going to allow that to happen again.” The very next day, she set out on a path to help these animals in need. “Life at Fuzzy Fawn is hectic, sad, happy and fun,” says Fuzzy, who received nearly 400 calls from people seeking help this fawn season. “Instagram has been a tremendous help. I’ve been able to reach out to other rehabbers in different states, we bounce ideas back and forth about treatments for the wildlife in our care.”

Spot the International Space Station

Right now, there are humans living and working off the Earth on the International Space Station. They orbit our planet from 250 miles above every 90 minutes, which means the crew sees 16 sunrises and sunsets every day.

If you’re in the right place, at the right time, the space station is visible to the naked eye. It looks like a fast-moving plane, only much higher and traveling thousands of miles an hour faster. The fact that it’s the third brightest object in the sky makes it easier to spot…if you know when to look up.

That’s where we can help! Our Spot the Station site allows you to enter your location and find out when the space station will be flying overhead. You can even sign up to receive alerts that will send you email or text messages to let you know when and where to look up.

Why is the space station visible? It reflects the light of the Sun, the same reason we can see the Moon. However, unlike the Moon, the space station isn’t bright enough to see during the day.
