doe  eyes  flicker  to  carefully  analyze  his  technique  —  it  was  impressive,  but  the  hair  clearly  did  not  cooperate.  cue  a  defeated  sigh  leaving  her  rouged  pout.    "  nah,  dontcha  worry!  to  be  a  heartbreaker  you  must  first  find  that  energy  from  within.  "    she  utters  as  she  stepped  away,  giving  him  a  somewhat  acceptable  personal  space.  his  hair  seemingly  had  its  own  personality  and  barbie  could  roll  with  it.  she  knew  after  all,  all  too  well,  that  hair  strands  do  whatever  they  feel  like  doing,  especially  in  high  humidity.

hands  clasped  together  as  she  shifts  back  and  forth,  gaze  locked  unto  charlie.    "  c'mon,  bring  out  the  heartbreaker.  i  know  it's  somewhere  in  there,  you  just  have  to  dust  it  off.  "    she  snickered,  still  not  giving  up  on  overhauling  both  of  them.  cue  another  sigh,  just  as  beaten  as  the  previous  one,  accompanied  by  flinging  hands  before  sitting  beside  him.    "  it's  just  that…  everything's  changing  so  fast.  and  i  guess  i  shouldn't  stay  the  same.  at  least,  do  something  about  the  looks,  y'know?  "    ghost  of  a  smile  plastered  across  her  features  ;  of  course  there  was  more  underneath  all  that  makeover.

"nah, but you know? that's fair. just not overly...fond of the whole touch thing. at least not with people i'm not mega close to. immediate family-" which meant just his dad currently,"-and that's it. for now." charlie tried to sound reassuring and casual about the ordeal. he didn't like making things awkward for anyone, let alone people he considered friends.

hands full of gel, he watched her run off. a small sigh and then he raised a brow with a small smile at the immediacy of her finding the mirror. how did she have this kind of energy? "i think i know how this is gonna go-" gel through his hands and then he tried to move his hair in a way that matched her description. the issue? his hair still stuck up in random ways, all over. the gel kept it down for two seconds before popping back up. "yep. i figured that would be it. i appreciate the heartbreaker advice; i'll stick with my roughed up demeanor i guess."

what  are  your  character's  most  prominent  physical  feature ; i refuse to write just 1 so here u go

eyes    :    she  has  cerulean  eyes,  a  mesmerizing  shade  of  blue  reminiscent  of  a  tranquil  ocean  on  a  cloudless  day.  they  possess  a  clarity  that  hints  at  untold  secrets  kept  only  by  the  stationary  waters  of  a  pristine  lake.  flecks  of  azure  and  turquoise  dancing  within  the  irises,  like  ripples  of  light  playing  upon  the  water’s  surface.  but  it’s  not  the  color  that  makes  them  remarkable;  it’s  the  soulful  depth  within  them.  they  hold  stories  untold,  emotions  unspoken  and  dreams  yet  to  be  realized.  when  those  ceruleans  eyes  meet  another’s,  it’s  as  if  they  could  pierce  through  the  facade  and  lay  bare  the  very  essence  of  one’s  being,  an  invitation  to  share  the  profound  beauty  and  the  utter  ugliness  in  the  world.

ever  heard  of  the  saying  eyes  are  the  windows  to  one’s  soul?  that’s  right,  i’m  using  that  cliche  to  describe  barbie.  why  you  may  ask.  well,  you  see,  since  barbie’s  job  is  acting,  she  focuses  on  selling  a  message  with  her  eyes.  whether  or  not  she’s  sad  or  happy  or  thrilled  or  in  agony,  you  name  the  emotion.  it’s  important  to  note  that,  since  her  eyes  are  in  the  brighter  spectrum,  pupil  dilation  becomes  more  prominent,  which  can  easily  showcase  how  she  truly  feels.  at  least  for  the  stronger  emotions,  in  which  pupils  dilate.  to  be  more  cliche,  think  about  falling  in  love  or  being  angry.  you  can  spot  the  truth  in  the  pupil  dilation.

hair    :    she  has  blonde  hair,  its  hue  reminiscent  of  gilded  silk.  from  the  root  to  the  tips,  strands  of  sun-kissed  blonde  wove  the  memories  of  summer  sunrises,  where  golden  tendrils  glistened  like  morning  dew,  with  hints  of  platinum  that  reflect  in  the  sunlight.  the  texture  smooth  as  the  finest  silk,  yet  soft  as  a  whispered  promise.  each  strand  cascading  down  her  shoulders  with  a  luxurious  embrace.  she  wears  it  in  loose  waves  that  tumbles  down  with  effortless  grace  or  in  a  half  up  half  down  manner,  adorned  with  a  silk  ribbon  that  weaves  its  way  through  her  hair.  but  do  not  be  fooled  by  this  appearance,  for  it  is  artificial.  her  natural  hair,  a  light  chestnut  brown  in  stark  contrast  to  the  golden  silk  she  currently  presents  the  world.  

to  be  honest  with  you,  my  main  source  for  the  dyed  hair  and  why  it  is  important  to  me  comes  from  batman  the  animated  series.  to  quote  harley  quinn,  you  thought  i  was  just  another  bubble-headed  blond  bimbo!  well,  the  joke's  on  you,  ‘cause  i’m  not  even  a  real  blonde.  that,  to  me,  screams  barbie.  also,  marilyn  monroe  is  a  big  inspiration  to  both  barbie  and  i!  hence  why  she’d  want  to  look  like  marilyn  by  dying  her  hair  blonde,  basically  walking  into  marilyn  steps  as  she  too  dyed  her  hair,  only  that  from  red  to  blonde.

never be embarrassed for being proud of your OC.  never listen to the voices telling you they’re too powerful or too weak,  too angry or too happy,  too hard or too vulnerable,  too strong or not strong enough.  if they are exactly how you intended to create them,  or if they’ve grown beyond what you imagined in a way that makes you happy,  then that’s all that matters.  every published and produced ‘canon’ character is someone’s OC.  you don’t bat an eye at these characters being proclaimed to be powerful.  you don’t bat an eye at them being praised within the text or loved by the writers and fans.  your OC is no different.  there is not any real,  important difference between what you’ve created and what you see on the pages of a book or on a screen.  it’s all of equal value.  it’s all just people telling stories and enjoyment is the only real value.
