so many people are still walking on egg shells with their subconscious minds. it becomes quite obvious when some still view the subconscious separate from themselves. it’s something like… "your subconscious mind never sleeps!! be careful with the music you consume!! it always listens!!".

you are your mind.

relax. actually, don’t. slap yourself in the face right now. my guy, you ARE your subconscious mind. furthermore, you are both: the conscious and the subconscious. when we say "you are the only operant power" or "you are in charge", we aren’t just transferring all of that power to your subconscious. we are stating that YOU hold all the power and YOU are in control of everything.

You remind me of Rafe Katchadorian from 'Middle School: The worst years of my life.' I feel like you would be great at acting if you wanted to!

it doesn't matter where you came from, what matters is that you're here now.

one thing that really bugs me about spiritual communities in general (reality shifting, law of assumption, non dualism, etc.) is that a lot of people shame others for not understanding things or believing in things that are limiting when they first start out. i mean, i understand the frustration - anons can ask a thousand questions that could be answered if they read pinned posts, and we all just want everyone to abandon their limiting beliefs and just get it.

but the fact is that we were born in a society that teaches us that we are limited and that some things are impossible, from the time that we are small until we find these teachings, and we are slowly undoing them through exploration and self-inquiry. it's an overwhelming and tricky journey, filled with so many beautiful highs and a lot of devastating lows, and i feel like everyone deserves a whole lot of compassion when searching for answers. i know i needed love and compassion when i first started, because my ego was scared and sad and was searching for answers in order to feel loved and secure. being told i was dumb and having someone be frustrated with me for my questions was the last thing i needed to become self-actualized. i know that everyone is different, but this is just my experience, so i wanted to share it!

my beliefs are constantly evolving into what brings me more peace and understanding. in the beginning, i wouldn't have been able to believe that my assumptions create my reality (law of assumption) if i hadn't been introduced to the idea of reality shifting. i wouldn't have understood the fact that this life is just beautiful dream and that my true Self is the dreamer (non dualism) if i hadn't first been able to separate my "imagination" from my "real life" (3D and 4D from law of assumption). these were all stepping stones in my understanding of the greater ideas that i needed to get to, and i feel no shame in formerly having beliefs or practices that i don't identify with anymore. i don't believe that you should have shame, either, regardless of where you are at in your journey of self-discovery and creative power.

i get so sad when i see bloggers shaming others for not understanding things when all of this is so fucking difficult to grasp when you are first starting out from our societally conditioned minds. i mean, we come from societies that have beliefs as foolish as skin colour making you inferior, or that gender is binary and you can't express yourself the way you feel inside. with beliefs such as these, of course the beliefs of anything being possible and the fictional being real are going to sound impossible and profoundly false. in my personal opinion, the tough love approach has never helped me - compassion and patience has. i feel like so many people believe and understand that we are all one and have a great understanding of the truth of things, and yet go around and are rude to those seeking answers. it just feels so pathetic to me to see bullying of those seeking answers when they're literally just an extension of you? they are showing up with silly answers because you expect them to have silly answers. and i realize that even this is hypocritical of me to say, because i could just choose to see a spiritual community full of love and compassion instead of what i'm seeing, but this is just on my mind and i wanted to share it in case anyone needed to read it.

i feel like if you are wanting to be a teacher of others, you have to take on the responsibility that being a teacher holds, which includes patience, patience, and more patience. that's just my own perspective at least, and everyone is welcome to have their own. i am also profoundly sensitive and feel wilty when others are cruel to me, so maybe i'm just trying to speak out to those who feel similarly, because this is a post i wish i could have read when i first started my journey. ultimately, everyone can do, be, and say whatever they like - it's their own damn blog after all! but i just wanted to be a voice of compassion in case anyone is needing that, whether they are practicing law of assumption, learning about non dualism, or dipping their toes into reality shifting. it all comes down to the same profound teachings that we, at our core, are limitless.

all of this is to say that i am proud of you. you are doing a good, great, amazing job. you are worthy of love and goodness in your life no matter what others may make you feel. you are worthy of the absolute best, best, best, and nothing less. it is a hard journey at times, but it is a worthwhile journey, and you are brave and creative and beautiful for taking the steps to expand and give yourself the best life. you deserve compassion and love and patience, and i am rooting for you every step of the way. i hope you are rooting for yourself, too.

ultimately, it doesn't matter where you got your beliefs. what matters is: does it feel right to you? does it make you feel connected to your true, unlimited self? does it open up your world and your heart to the endless possibilities available to you? does it give you peace? if so, it doesn't matter what practice or teaching you believe in. you are your greatest teacher. if you truly, truly read and listen to neville goddard and edward art, they are saying the same thing as nisargadatta maharaj, at least from my understanding of their teachings: I Am. You Are. We Are. All is. ultimately, listen to what resonates with you. that's all that really matters, i suppose.

it doesn't matter where you came from, what beliefs you once held, or who you've been in the past. what matters is that you are here, learning and growing, learning how to give yourself the most beautiful experiences that your creative power has to offer. be kind to yourself and remember that we're all just trying to expand and love and open ourselves up.

the only way to change.

to manifest means to change. it means to shift your state, meaning to trade your dwelling for a new, more favourable one. and the only way to achieve a change from without is to change from within. it's because the world is a mirror forever reflecting your inner world where your self has to be expressed. whatever you assume to be true of yourself, whatever exists in your imagination can and will be out-pictured.

self must be expressed. 

you need to understand that your self concept and the beliefs you have about yourself are crucial when it comes to manifesting. the way you view yourself in regards to a desire says a lot about you, for instance, if you are able to manifest your desire in the first place, how long it might take you and if you're gonna sustain your desire for a longer period of time once it manifests into your reality. it’s impossible to run away from this or to stop your constant expression of self — so you might as well make self something desirable for it to be expressed. 

self has to change.

your inner world defines your outer world, and your outer world will always give you evidence of that. meaning, your self concept aka your body of beliefs about self aka your state has to be displayed physically. and the only way to change the physical world is to change those beliefs aka your state in your inner world —  your imagination. you have to change self for there is no one and nothing to change but self.

self is within.

when your inner man (you) is desiring something, it's desiring the feeling of having that desire. the happiness, the calmness, the joy, the confidence, the stability, … feelings just like these. those are the feelings that you actually long for rather than that desire's physical existence. and where does this take place? in your mind. the punch line of this is that with your inner man desiring and needing fulfillment from within, you are almost obliged to take action from WITHIN. you need to give yourself your desire and allow yourself to INTERNALLY experience these feelings. 

self is essential.

self is very important in terms of manifesting. not only does your concept of self determine your reality, a good self concept with a good basis of beliefs will make it easier for you to manifest and sustain your manifestation. you won't need to worry about losing your manifestation, hot and cold behaviour, and more because you no longer have thoughts coming from a poor state of mind.

self is reality.

that's also why trying to change the 3D is pointless. manifesting takes place inside, so does a change of self. you will always need to focus on changing internally first but also having it internally as well, as your aim is to FEEL — aka to be and have WITHIN — and not to have it physically. a change of self is a change of state and therefore a change of reality.

Identifying xNTPs

- seem popular when you first look at them, probably attractive (it’s that pouty lip lifestyle)

- then you realize that they don’t talk to people

- then you realize that when they do talk, they talk really loudly

- intelligent but forgets a lot of shit because they just don’t care enough or haven’t had to remember that piece of knowledge in 3 yrs. 

- when they’re passionate, they’re all in, the edge of the multiverse is the limit / when they’re not, they’re gonna sleep for the next 100 yrs. and will growl at you if you wake them

- may wake up early but won’t do anything until 7:00PM-4:00 AM because it’s peak performance hour

- great at finding other people’s stuff, great at losing their own

- respond to your questions like a CIA agent, you’re on a need to know basis 

- but also will randomly spill all their secrets at 3 AM

- when someone says they’re friends w/ them they respond either like 1) “we’re friends?” *confusion* or 2) “we’ve been in love since we met”

- text you immediately but often forget you exist if you don’t constantly remind them (it’s okay, they forget they exist)

- love you lots but are also trying not to be too attached

- kinda nice but also analyzing your every move and storing it in their mental bank 

- they will remember really specific things about you and will either use this to tell when you’re lying or to get you great birthday presents

- don’t trust you but supposedly they should give people the benefit of the doubt

- if you insult them, they will look at you blankly because they’re trying to figure out if you meant that as an insult, if they care about you, and if they care at all

- competitive but unmotivated at the same time

- play hard, play hard some more, continue to play, work non-stop for 22 hrs.  until something is perfect, never work again

it's a trick question.

you know how on tests, teachers give us "trick questions"? questions where the answer seems obvious, but really, there's a little loophole in the question nullifying the "correct answer" entirely -- the "correct" couldn't be farther from the truth?

our entire lives, we are taught by society to chase something in our external worlds to fulfill ourselves. work hard for straight A's, study hard for the test, revise hard for the interview, work hard for the internship, try hard for friends, try harder for a boyfriend. keep trying, harder, harder harder. keep working, more, more, more. you can't get anything without hard work! and, once you get what you worked hard for, you'll be happy! right?

wrong. it was a trick question.

the true answer requires no physical effort, no time, nothing. the true answer is that you already have everything. the true answer is that you were blind to the truth. the true answer is you were looking the wrong way. the true answer is you are asleep. you live your life under the veil of the mind -- asleep to your real self, unaware of truth -- that we all already have what it is that we want.

let the mind fall, let it fall as much as it wants. don't argue with it, that's the same as arguing with a wall. the mind is just a gestalt of this identity's experience in this lifetime. it's an output, auto-generated. let it be.

you are not the mind, not your thoughts, not your body, not your emotions, not your external circumstance. you ALREADY are not. so why fight to "become" not your mind? you already are.
