i love when settings have a place called Evil City or something and the citizens are all campy villains in flamboyant little outfits. and it’s just a functional city with a mayor and taxes and cafes it’s just your barista has a giant spider on her head and you’re unsure if it’s a decoration or a pet or if it’s mind controlling her and this very nice cappuccino was made by a telepathic spider

But consider: Ladybug is so used to long nights(from akumas, built-up homework, designing/comissions, etc) that instead of tweaking out she just.... adds some sugar. Chat Noir sneaks a sip, thinking he's being sly, and YIKES our resident sunshine boi was not prepared for this; his dad didn't want him "stunting his growth". He is quite litterally climbing up the walls(chat claws) and generally being even more of a reckless idiot than normal.(I love him, but that kid's an idiot)

Lila needs to make a truce with Ladybug, and as a sign of goodwill offers her a cup of Black Label coffee (1555 mg of caffeine per 12 fl oz brewed - the strongest coffee in the world, with four times the recommended caffeine limit, eight times an Espresso, and SIXTEEN TIMES of normal coffee).

Ladybug: Either you’re trying to kill me or you really want that truce. *Sips coffee*

The idea of dragons in modern times is so fun because imagine a hot summer day on your vacay and go to use the hotel pool and staff is like "valued guests we regret to inform you that the pool area is out of service at the moment, we apologize for the inconvenience"

And people like "wtf why" looking out their hotel room window and there's this. This dragon just curled up in the pool chilling, literally, cooling itself down

Some of the staff are trying to gently shoo him away and the dragon does a soft little "rrrrrr" like a grumpy cat and a warning puff of smoke and they're like "fuck it i don't get paid nearly enough for this" and no ones using the pool today sorry!
