Does Biolizard Shadow teleport? Is he also a poor judge of how much space is available? Does he ever do it to leave whoever's on his head in midair? Or teleport above them?

Yep he can still chaos control! he has his moments where an intrusive thought comes in while hes concentrating on where to teleport and he ends up somewhere he would not wanna be

Also 100% he would mostly do this to Sonic tho
