I call it the Campground AU! (Dumb name, I know)

Basically, the government is a bunch of forest rangers, the Toppat Clan is a group of bandits who pretend to be normal people living in the trailer park within the campground, and Henry and Ellie are just people who went camping there and got caught up in the mess!
