Watching Haikyuu for the 4th time and Oikawa really commands the game unlike any other setter. His understanding of every player's strengths and weaknesses and his utter determination to the game is unmatchable. His ability to maneuver the game at any point while remaining calm and exploiting the opposite player's weakness is phenomenal. No wonder Ushijima wanted this man for years.
