The same thing can and will happen to you too! You can do absolutely fucking nothing and youโll just randomly get your shit. Let your manifestations happen to you. i was a girl who had so much going on in her life, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, scared of going to school because i didnโt have any friends, i was the most introverted person you couldโve ever seen. but one day i was on youtube and found a video named โweight loss subliminalโ i immediately clicked it, i was desperate to be skinny, to fit in the โbeauty standardsโ and i was ready to do anything to have my desired body, so i clicked on that video, the comments were talking about the law of attraction, and how you attract everything you think about; even the negative thoughts. so i felt like it was an escape.
i would constantly try to keep my vibrations high, even while being a girl with such difficulty to even smile.

after years in the law of attraction community, i found the law of assumption. literally a miracle, and iโm so blessed to know about it.
when i saw all of these successes from people who also started by knowing about the law of attraction, i was hyped.
i had so many doubts, iโm not gonna lie to you. SO MANY DOUBTS would go through my head, from โwill this work?โ to โi donโt think it can be that easyโ but i didnโt let that stop me, i wanted to prove it to myself, i had nothing to lose.
i started by affirming nonstop, scripting was my best friend, i was putting my all, i meanโฆ it would determine if it was real or not.
after a couple of daysโฆ
i manifested: a new phone, my desired phone back then, an iPhone 13 pro max. i was literally so shocked, i could not believe it, literally speechless.
second thing i manifested: my desired body, and my desired face.
thatโs when i said โthis shit is real, this is no coincidenceโ
โ my grandma always says coincidences donโt exist!
from there, i started manifesting so much. all those doubts made me stronger in a way, and i hope they give you that final push, my love.
now as of today: iโm living my dream life, and i canโt express how i feel, iโm not the depressed girl i used to be, iโm more kind, loving and caring. i take care of myself and others, and iโm living the way i always dreamed of.

States is all you need for manifesting and reality shifting. You want a desire or a million desires? Simply shift to the state of already having those desires. Want to shift to your DR? Simply shift to the state of already being in your DR or being a master reality shifter. Fulfilling yourself in your imagination in order to shift to your desired state and maintaining it doesn't take a ton of affirming or visualising, it's simply BEING the person who are those things in your mind. You fulfil yourself in your imagination to shift to your desired state and maintain it by deciding you are already that person that have those things/are in your DR. Making that decision is literally just setting the intention. Example: You want to be in your DR or manifest that desire? Decide by affirming, visualising, or feeling: I am in my DR/I already have my desire(s). Done โ that's all you need to do. Return to your desired state as much as you want by affirming, visualising, or feeling with KNOWING you already are or/have that thing or already are in your DR.
Self hypnosis to enter void.
Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration. With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you areโalong with relaxation and destressing from everyday life. It's similar to meditation and results in a better you.
How to apply self hypnosis.
Get into comfortable clothing. It's pretty hard entering any kind of deep, relaxed state when all you can think about is the waistband of your jeans cutting off your circulation. So take this as an excuse to throw on some sweats. You want absolutely nothing distracting you.
Make sure the temperature is good, too. Have a blanket or a sweater ready if you run on the chilly side. Sometimes feeling warm can be very comforting, too.
Although some people prefer to lie down, you are more susceptible to sleep than when sitting up. Whether you sit or lie, ensure that you do not cross your legs or any part of your body. You may be in this position for a while and this could end up being uncomfortable.
No self-hypnosis is effective if it gets interrupted by a phone call, a pet, or a kid. Turn off your phone (and the alerts), lock the door, and sequester yourself. This is you time.
The amount of time you want to dedicate to this is up to you. Most prefer to be in a trance (we try to avoid that phrase as it has certain...err...negative connotations) for about 15 or 20 minutes, but you should also allow time to get in and out of it, too.
Figure out your hypnosis goals. Are you doing it just to relax? For self-improvement? To train your brain? If you're doing it to achieve a greater end (weight loss, void), prepare a list of affirmations. Self-hypnosis can be used just for relaxation, sure, but it can be for a number of life-enhancing things, too. Many use it to achieve their goals, change their thinking, or just as general positive reinforcement or motivation. Here are some examples of affirmations you could try: I'm capable of letting go everything that's stopping me to connect myself from my higher self or you can use void Affirmation you prefer .
Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety. When you begin, you might find it difficult not to think. You may find that thoughts keep intruding. When this happens, don't try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then let them slip away.
Alternatively, some like to pick a point on the wall and focus on it. It could be the corner, it could be a smudge, it could be wherever you want it to be. Focus on the point, concentrating on your eyelids. Repeat to yourself that they're getting heavier and heavier and let them close when you cannot keep them open anymore.
Recognize the tension in your body. Beginning with your toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away from your body and vanishing. Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed.
Relax your toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and so on, until you've relaxed each portion, including your face and head. Using imagery techniques of something you find comforting or soothing, such as water (feel the water rushing over your feet and ankles, cleansing them of tension) can be effective as well.
Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy.
At this point, you can use visualization as you so choose. Think of a lemon and cut it in half in your mind. Imagine the juices oozing out and getting over your fingers. Place it in your mouth. What's your reaction? How does it feel, taste, and smell? Then, move onto more meaningful visions. Imagine your bills blowing away in the breeze. Imagine you running off those pounds. Get as detailed as possible. Always think of your five senses.
Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs which at the fifth step start to submerge into water. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation.
As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under your feet. Once you are at the fifth step imagine and truly feel the refreshing coolness of the water and tell yourself that you are stepping into an oasis of purity and cleanliness. As you begin to descend the last five steps, start to feel the water getting higher and higher up your body. You should now start to feel somewhat numb and your heart will start to race a bit, but notice it and let any qualms about the situation just drift away into the water.
Feel a floating sensation.
Repeat your affirmation to yourself as many times as you wish.
And after some minutes you're on the void boom . You can use any mediation short ones beforehand to focus or use any subliminal i would suggest lotsumi and Arabella subliminal .

okay, so first off -> i DO NOT intend on bashing any method at all, these are just some things that I experienced during my loass journey that i think might be helpful to talk about :D I AM NOT BASHING OR HATING ON A METHOD, any method that you use is valid babes <3 ๐คย ๐ป and i say all of this with nothing but love <3
mkay, so I'm pretty certain that almost everyone when they started off their loass journey had the habit to check the 3d whenever they a+p or however they manifested -> think of checking the 3D x10 by sprinkling in anxiety
I thought of affirming as being some kind of magic spell that would bring me my desires in 0.2 secs AND wasn't identifying with having what I wanted, which obviously lead to me NOT getting what I wanted in the 3D.
when i first started off in the loass, i didn't actually know what terms like "ignoring the 3D" meant (even though it's fairly obvious what it means now) and i didn't take it seriously! if I wanted a text from SP, what I would've done is -> affirm for it -> immediate 3d check
DO N O T DO THAT BABY -> because the aim of the game here ISN'T to obtain something in the 3D! it's to FULFILL yourself in imagination because your imagination is your only reality! what i was doing was trying to GET something in the 3D = law of attraction -> when we try to GET something, we're not being the person that has it already!
now, in terms of a + p -> i don't do it as a states user but sometimes I find myself mindlessly affirming to either get into the state or to calm myself down sometimes. the mistake i made was affirming to try and CHANGE the 3D rather than myself WHEN THE MAIN AIM OF THE GAME IN LOASS IS THERE'S NO ONE TO CHANGE BUT SELF ๐ญ๐ญ
which is part of the law of ATTRACTION, not assumption because in loass we're taught that there's no one to change but self! but what was I trying to do back in the day? try to change the 3D thinking that it would change, when it didn't and then lead me to spiral!
and spiraling now as we know it isn't a bad thing! how can it change something that we already have? but we don't try to change the 3D and only change ourselves because we're changing our consciousness, which we know is our only true reality!

i remember the days where i would literally force myself to not waver, cry, spiral or even THINK an opposing thinking that it would take away my manifestation -> it can't because if u already decided to be the person that has it, how can salt water and a random thought stop it?
wavering doesn't exist if you believe that it doesn't in your reality, and spiraling isn't a bad thing at all -> it's just you expressing your emotions which is entirely normal
opposing thoughts = random thoughts bc if u already have it and identify with having it, how will a random thought take away your manifestation or stop you from having it?

โ 7 Day Void Challenge โ
This specific challenge is inspired by @rosellesworkshop challenge (which discusses listening to affirmations for 3 nights as well as during the day when you can and tapping into the void on the 4th night). Again, this challenge is inspired by that one specifically but instead of 3 days it is going to be 7 days. This challenge will also be using @lotusmi subliminals and affirmation tapes as well. I will link them below.
Routine
I have created a routine for those who have a hard time sticking to something. This is meant to be followed. If you do use this routine, stick to it. A lot of the reasons why people donโt tap into the void is because they arenโt consistent and they donโt persist whether that be in affirmations or just living in the end.
Make sure your void list or desire list is completed. When you start this challenge I donโt want you to be focused on the list and trying to change every thing because you saw something to add to the list. Stop doing that. Get your list together or just know exactly what you want to manifest in the void.
Once the list is complete, DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THAT LIST. LEAVE THE LIST ALONE. THERE IS NO REASON TO KEEP CHECKING THE LIST AND CHANGING STUFF. ITS DONE.
During the day, you can create your own affirmation tapes or subliminals to listen to. If you are using an iPhone, you can use the Parrot app to record your own voice and it automatically loops the affirmations. If not, then you can use @lotusmi HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL affirmation tapes and subliminals. This one is great to use during the day, but this one should be used with caution because it has morphic fields added to it and it might cause headaches if used for long periods of time. I would suggest using that in intervals. This one is a subliminal that can be used throughout the day but the music is quite upbeat, so just be aware of that. (Iโve personally used them and I love them!)
Also during the day if you arenโt able to listen to the subliminals or affirmation tapes, I would suggest you loop an affirmation in your head. Now, Iโm going to be very clear here, you are not saying the affirmation to force the 3d to change, you are saying the affirmation to help get into the state of being a void master. Please remember that. You can use โI am a master at the voidโ or โI always wake up in the voidโ or โIn my reality, I always enter the void instantlyโ or any other affirmation that you would prefer to use.
At night, you can either use your own affirmation tapes or your own subliminals or the ones I linked above. But I would suggest that you use this one or this one. They are very calming and that helps especially if you are trying to sleep. And before anyone asks, yes you loop every single affirmation tape or subliminal that you choose to use.
You do this for 7 days. You do it without stalking Tumblr and asking questions to every blogger. Stop being on Tumblr and stop looking up different affirmations every other day. Stick to one or two affirmations to loop during the day if you arenโt using the affirmation tapes or subliminals. And again do not say the affirmation trying to change the 3d, it doesnโt work that way. Yes, you can robotically/mindlessly affirm as well. (If you donโt know what that is, look it up).
The point of this challenge is to saturate your mind as much as you can. Do you have to do it for the whole 7 days? No, if you feel confident and you are living in the end and you know your state is one of being able to tap into the void state instantly then you donโt have to keep doing it because at that point, just tap into it.
This challenge is easy, but if you complicate it then thatโs on you. I tapped into the void a little while ago and affirmed with Cotton Candy that anyone who does this challenge, will enter the void at the end of the 7 days IF THEY LIVE IN THE END AND MAKE THEIR DOMINANT STATE A STATE OF BEING ABLE TO TAP INTO THE VOID INSTANTLY. I added that because I know some people will come on here 7 days later complaining nothing happened, yet they didnโt do what was needed. So it really falls on you.
DMs will be open for one day but do not trauma dump or guilt trip me because I will just block you. I donโt have time for the nonsense. I literally laid everything down right here. There isnโt any excuse.

how to practise setting an intention and making this method working pretty fast for you:
you can make this method work faster for you if you start setting intentions throughout your day.
examples:
if you want to drink water, say (out loud or in your head): i intend to drink water.
if you want to stand up/sit down, say (out loud or in your head): i intend to stand up/sit down.
do this as often as possible. your brain will then understand: if you say an intention, it will happen.
so when you say then : i will shift, i will wake up in my dr, etcโฆ you actually will shift.

Mentally don't let your thoughts spiral
When you want something bad enough and if you let your mind spiral. Stop it! Stop it right now!!
Stop Reacting. How? By Disciplining your mind. You should be able to look at the 3D no matter what you see. And not give a fuck what it's showing you. If you see the opposite you still need to be saying what you want to see (affirming) not what your seeing in the 3D. If you stop Reacting to the 3D. It will conform no matter what.

This is a post to remind you that you don't need to do any work/effort to get your desires. Your desires are already there for you. Just because you don't see it physically that doesn't mean your 3d has no movement. Your 3d is always in movement according to your assumptions and beliefs.
You can assume that you can get your desires within a blink of an eye and it will happen because you just said so! You are the creator, god, supreme control of this reality. You can change, destroy, adjust, remove anything.
The only effort you ever need to put for your manifestation is being persistent and loyal to your desires. Persist in your 4d so bad that the 3d has no other way other than reflecting what you wanted.
You are the prime example of master manifestor. YOU ARE GOD. YOU ARE PERFECT.

1. Vision - Visualize exactly what you want in full detail, write it down, create a Pinterest board surrounding this vision if needed
2. Belief - You have to understand that what you desire is already yours.
3. Acceptance - Accept that your belief and your ability to manifest it has already happened, live as if what you desire is already in your hands. You own it.
4. Intend - You must have an intention to manifest your desire. How will do you feel now that what you wanted is yours? How will you now use your new manifestation? How do you feel now that you have it? (Sit in that feeling)
5. Action - Act and behave as if your desire has already manifested
6. Allowance - ๏ฟผ Detach yourself from the outcome. You must be intense in your desire without any expectation that it will manifest. Remember, would someone who already has something, be still seeking it?

doubting, worrying and spiralling lead you to nothing BUT it feels productive as you are doing it because it feels like you are protecting yourself from danger.
doubting is you trying to protect yourself from disappointment. worrying is you trying to predict all future dangers so you can avoid them. spiralling is you just giving into fear.
doubting, worrying and spiralling are all just THOUGHTS. that is what they are. if you learn how to step back and OBSERVE thoughts rather than BECOMING them, you will be free.
if you learn how to watch your thoughts from a healthy detached position, you will no longer be a slave to them.
if you have time to sit and spiral, you have time to learn how to observe. when you observe, your thoughts will naturally dissolve and make way for inner peace.
people won't want to do this because thinking is ADDICTIVE. like an addiction to social media, an addiction to thinking is exactly the same. it's such a normalised addiction though that people don't even notice it. it might not feel easy to break this addiction but it's so worth it.
