Yes, and it reminds me of how in touch with mother earth we should all be. How some day we will end up in the same place, and back into the arms of the mother that once birthed us. We often lose track of how in touch with nature we should be because we are daily consumed by our busy lives with work, school, chores, mental health, physical health, and all sorts of other reasons. It honestly disappoints me how little humanity as a whole cares about our one true home. The only home we have at that.

She placed her hands over her mouth to hush her panting, and tries to steady her breathing. She quickly runs to the door of the room she currently is in and tries to lock the door. After succeeding, she quickly turns to the side of the door frame and puts her back against the wall, allowing herself to fall to the ground.

Oh, I totally agree, and honestly I have so much respect for those who made our home. It's so unfair to have to look down on creatures so ungrateful for what they have been single handedly gifted with.
