I think the reason why Thrawn is still part of the empire is because the ascendancy is in trouble and he’s going to use the empire’s resources to save it

The "Come here" whith his finger is replaying in my mind 😩 Do you think he would let me sit on his lap ? I could hug him while he works and whisper sweet nothing into his ear.

I think he would be a very bossy lover, but would he be overly dominant ? I am not so sure

I'm imagining being tucked underneath his chin, so I'm going to say yes. Also sitting at the base of his chair while he works is probably commonplace.

He wouldn't be overly dominant, he probably likes letting go every once in a while. Create a safe place for him where he doesn't have to be the Patriarch, he can just be Thurfian. But make no mistake, I don't think he'll ever let you top him, he can't give up that much control.

Tbh some of u take romanticized writing way too literally and it is killing ur media literacy.

"Growled?! Like a dog?!?!" No like a human person making a low rumbling groan.

"Fanfiction writers overexagerate words too much." Do you not understand that fanfiction as a culture is deeply rooted in the romance genre? The entire basis of fanfiction was to romanticize Spirk.

Exagerated language is a huge part of romance as a genre. It's necessary to give the exagerated, romanticized feeling. It effectively serves as rose colored glasses. It helps build and maintain sexual tension. It's an incredibly useful tool in creating a visual image for the reader to follow.

Please stop looking at completely normal terminology and curling your lip in disgust. Just because its not the way you would tell that story doesn't mean the story is told wrong.

Ok I want to say something controversial

But you are responsible for your own safe spaces. You can block tags, block words, block people.

“But i thought fandom was supposed to be a safe space” —yeah you have to curate it.

Unfortunately one persons’s safe space may be another persons’ trigger. That’s ok. Simply block them, block the tag, block the word etc. They can do the same for you.

Maybe I’m just out of touch, but I’ve been around since the days of “don’t like, don’t read” and that’s a good philosophy. If it squicks you, scroll past. If it causes you anxiety or upset, block! Plenty of people are responsive if you ask them to tag an upsetting trigger. And if they’re dicks about it, block em.

I hope that this is the mindset that Thrawn continues to have in live action.

He may serve the Empire but he is still fiercely loyal to the Chiss people. I hope we see that.

I...I just watched the movie and...I'm gonna need a few days...

Oh Megatronus...

I just finished watching Transformers Prime (haven't watch the movie yet) and...when Bumblebee killed Megatron my heart just dropped, and I think that Optimus's did too. When it just panned over to him with his wide optics as he watched the light go out of Megatron's...I saw a glimpse of Orion there.

And with all honesty, I don't believe that he will be able to live without him. Megatron was his mission, in the beginning the war, before it was even a war, Megatronus was there, they fought together, they were brothers. Then the betrayal came and it became about saving his friend and his planet. Eventually Optimus started to just seek revenge, for his brother and for his home. But at the end, I think that Optimus still had hope that he could save him. He wanted to save Megatron. And that chance was taken away from him.

And for the past 4 million years! Optimus' every waking moment has been consumed by Megatron. How would he live once the mission was over? Who would he be? I don't think he's ready to find the answer to that, and I don't think he'll survive to find out. I don't think he can.
