Had to share this somewhere, but 10lbs down. Honestly, it’s always been hard for me to lose weight in the right places, but some of that I can admit is psychological. After turning 35, I got this “no holding back” streak going on and so far it’s working. That being said, I’m going to continue to be the motivation to myself (and if applicable, others) to get to where I need to be whether it fitness, profession or personal life
