yesod-sims MMSIMS Dr. Martens Molly boots 4t3 recolour + PU, CU, TU, EU versions

I love these boots conversion from yesod-sims (account was unfortunately deleted), but they are not really maxis match and aren't 100% recolourable...so I decided to add recolours and also converted them for other ages (look at those tiny boots for toddlers 🤤🤤🤤). 4to3 Perfect Patio Nosy Neighbor Fence + Gate

kandiraver-sims and twinsimming already converted pretty much everything from this pack (plus aroundthesims for the hot tubs), so all that's left is this sweet combo of fence and gate to complement the conversions.

The fence has two CAStable channels with a price of §25, while the gate has three channels priced §50. The gate should open and close once sims pass through it.

October should be autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. But where I live, it still feels as hot as summer. That doesn't stop me from preparing some autumn outfits for kids, though. ✌

The posepack shared by L-sims (@yorithesims) is just too adorable, and I instantly decided to use it to showcase these two floral dresses in a photoshoot! I shared these two pairs of boots a long time ago, but they had quite a few small flaws. I've now adjusted the texture sizes and fixed the bone assignments. The short boots can also be worn by little boys.

Though it's still a bit early, I wish you all a Happy Halloween in advance! 🎃
