Found a fic that was both age reversal Dick&Dami and Talon!Dick: You’ve Got So Much Heart by @dontfeedthebabytigers. A++ Brilliant idea. 

Bruce spent the night in Dick’s place so he had to wear Dick’s T-shirt. Obviously Dick is not the only one who cuddles.

Clark is literally just minding his business! Just walking down the hall, after an elevator interview with Luthor! And baby Dick Grayson immediately just fucking CLOCKS HIM as different. Didn't even see him rescue anyone! No amazing feats of strength! No super speed! No weird coincidences! Just Clark Kent walking down a hallway and Dick Grayson is immediately ALL THE HELL OVER HIM and he's RIGHT. And he knows when someone is cheating, he may not know how yet (alien with x-ray vision, to be fair, is a bit out there for his current level of experience), but that kid KNOWS WHEN SOMEONE IS CHEATING. Also, absolutely PHENOMENAL that, while Bruce apparently leaves Dick in the LEXCORP KIDZ-ZONE while he's busy, I'm sure Dick loved that, even at thirteen years old.

He slings back onto the helipad, stomps down the roof access stairs, swings open the door to their warm apartment, and pulls off his leather cowl. Standing next to the kitchen island is Jason, slack jawed with wide eyes darting between Dick and the TV playing the breaking news report on the Joker’s assassination. “I’ll call you back, B.” Jason says into the phone pressed against his ear before he lets the device slip out of his hands and clatter to the floor next to a familiar pair of combat boots. With a familiar pair of dark grey cargo pants tucked into them, a familiar red bat emblazoned shirt on top, a familiar brown leather jacket over it, and a very familiar red helmet tucked beneath Jason’s arm.
