ES|| Disfrutad de la "mona" y del chocolate! Este pastel en el que están trabajando tan duramente los conejitos (bueno, casi todos, algunos solo saben hacer travesuras y comerse trocitos de escondidas) me recuerda a las monas de cuando era pequeña, aunque la faltan las plumas de colores y los pollitos

EN|| Enjoy the "mona" and chocolate! This cake that the bunnies are working so hard on (well, almost all of them, some of them only know how to get into mischief and eat little pieces while hiding) reminds me of the “monas” my childhood, although it lacks the colored feathers and the little chicks.

ES || Hoy os traigo una idea genial para los y las más pequeñitas de las casa, genial para amenizar estos días de calor tan sumamente intenso: un libro mágico de baño! Aunque aún no tengo las muestras y no os lo puedo enseñar, en su interior encontrareis diferentes animalitos con los colores del arco iris, pero “sorpresa!” su color solo aparecerá si los mojas!! Es una súper divertida manera de descubrir y experimentar los colores! La verdad es que ha quedado monísimo! Que ganas que tengo de tenerlo entre mis manos y hundirlo en el agua… Si os gusta ya podéis encontrarlo en vuestras librerías de confianza, en amazon, la casa del libro y sitios similares. Espero que paséis bien estos días de calor, hidrataros mucho, comed frutas (los que podéis) y pensad en los osos polares cuando dudéis si es necesario el aire acondicionado! Although I still don't have the samples and therefore I can't show you, inside you’ll find different little animals with the colors of the rainbow, but "surprise!" their color will only appear if you wet them!! It’s such a fun way to discover and experience colors! ES|| He hecho una nueva versión del caracolito enamorado. Hace muchísimo tiempo que tenia el esbozo y el apunte de color hecho en procreate y también realice una versión de la misma ilustración en formato vertical para la exposición de postales de @gallerynucleus . Además tengo pendiente una nueva versión donde quiero experimentar con mucho más gouache y menos acuarela! 🐌 En las imágenes podéis ver el resultado final, el primer paso con solo una capa de acuarela y gouache para el azul del fondo, y el esbozo. Por cierto recordad que si queréis tener o regalar una de las postales de la exposición aun las tenéis disponibles en la tienda online de la galería! EN|| I’ve made a new version of the little snail in love. It's been a long time since I had the sketch and the color tests made in procreate and I also made a version of the same illustration in a vertical format for the power in numbers exhibition at @gallerynucleus . I also have a new version pending where I want to experiment more with gouache and use less watercolor!🐌 In the images you can see the final result, the first step with just a layer of watercolor and gouache for the blue in the background, and the sketch. By the way, remember that if you want to have or gift one of the postcards from the exhibition, you still have them available in the gallery's online store!

ES || Uno de los proyectos que se queda este año en el tintero son los animales de plástico. No sé si os acordareis pero hace un par de años hice una ilustración de una ballena llena de plásticos de un solo uso, de toda esa cantidad inimaginable de residuos innecesarios que generamos (sobretodo en estas fechas, con los regalos “inútiles”, los platos de usar y tirar, etc.) para la campaña de @byebyestraws . La idea era hacer una serie de animales marinos que sufren por culpa de estos residuos, pero llegaron nuevos proyectos y se fue quedando en el aire, este año lo retomé pero no he tenido tiempo de acabarlos así que tengo un montón de hojas con dibujos a acuarela de objetos de plástico de todo tipo… Yo al principio cuando pensaba en residuos plásticos pensaba en botellas y algunos envases más pero cuanto más me adentraba en el tema más alucinaba estaba de la cantidad de plástico que usamos en nuestro día a día, mucho del cual es evitable. Por unas navidades y una entrada de año mejores, generad menos residuos y reciclad todo lo que podáis!

EN || One of the projects that remains unfinished this year are the plastic animals. I don't know if you remember but a couple of years ago I made an illustration for @byebyestraws of a whale full of single-use plastics, of all the unimaginable amount of unnecessary waste that we generate (especially at this time of year, with the "useless" gifts, the single-use dishes, etc.). The idea was to make a series of marine animals that suffer from these residues, but I haven't had time to finish them so at the moment I’ve a lot of watercolor drawings of plastic objects of all kinds... At first, when I thought of plastic waste, I always thought of bottles and some other packaging, but the further I got into the subject, the more I was amazed at the amount of plastic we use in our day-to-day lives, much of which is avoidable. For a better Christmas and a better start to the year, generate less waste , reuse and recycle everything you can!

ES| Aunque podemos encontrar limones todo el año, una de las épocas de recolección de la fruta es el invierno. El limón aparte de estar buenísimo, combinar genial en las infusiones y contener vitamina C y otros minerales, es un fruto con muchísimas propiedades beneficiosas no solamente consumiéndolo fresco, sino que también es muy apreciado por el aceite esencial que se extrae de su piel.

Exprimido se usa contra la artritis, es depurativo, diurético, antirreumático, antivírico, antibiótico, anticatarral, antigripal y antidiarreico, ya que es astringente y remineralizarne. Además, es antiséptico bucofaríngeo y ayuda a combatir la amigdalitis y la faringitis. El limón también contiene terpenos, que tienen propiedades antitumorales, ayuda con los mareos, las taquicardias y las enfermedades cardiovasculares.

A nivel cutáneo es un gran tónico y también se utiliza contra la celulitis. Funciona de maravilla como limpiador, por lo que es de gran ayuda contra la grasa facial y el acné. Es antiséptico, cicatrizante y coagulante, a parte de un fortalecedor capilar natural.

Su aceite esencial vaporizado tiene propiedades contra la fatiga, la tensión nerviosa, la depresión y la falta de concentración por lo que es un gran aliado en momentos de estudio o trabajo.

Aunque ya sabéis que siempre se tiene que ir con cuidado, ya que no a todo el mundo le van bien los mismos remedios ya que a veces suelen tener contraindicaciones, como por ejemplo la acidez del zumo de limón puede estropear el esmalte de los dientes, o el aceite esencial si se expone al sol puede dejar manchas! 🍋🌱
