anyways what im saying is that you can pretty easily mark the path bill seacaster took from 'why is my son crushing on this nerd, i'll support him but i don't get it' to 'hell yes let's cannonball my future son-in-law into hell, he'll be fine he's as tough as the rest of the family'

The carpet is going to be stained. It’s such a stupid thing to worry about – if he had to be freaking out about décor, you’d think he’d at least be freaking out at the bloody handprints he’s leaving on the wall, each time he has to stop and get his bearings together, too woozy to keep going.
