I Genuinely Like Bluesky As A Platform So Far, I'm Deleting It Because The Only Accounts I'm Keeping

I always feel like I need to be posting online (specifically here) as much as possible to make my life feel worth living, but I'm really happy with how my life is turning out so far, and as happy as I was to have been introduced to Tumblr, feeling like I need to post about so much I've experienced will just make it harder to live in the present, and then my life will suck. My friends know me, I have people I love so much. They can hear about how my life is going, but the point of this blog is to just embrace the 'online experience' i guess. No need for me to post a ton about my life. Anyways I was just thinking.

San Marino totally deserved last place I did not hate that song but I had an intense dislike for it and the performance.

I found out a few days ago that a writing competition is happening! Brings back memories of the one at my old school last year. I didn't win, but I loved doing that. Only one other person in my class had entered and it sort of helped us get to know each other better. I was really proud of that poem.

There's prize money for this one which is cool, but it sounds like I'd also have to present it if I win. Either way, I'll probably enter. I might use an old poem/story, but I should probably write a new one. I'll think about it. I'm actually really excited to do this!!

If you ever think the universe hates you, just remember this boy, someone only a year old, who was locked away and even tortured for making bad decisions (during a mental breakdown and when in contact with a corrosive power), for not being able to get over the death of his best friend and straying from the path his environment considered "right" (An environment that could well win several awards for hypocrisy) ... I'll be honest, this was the original gift for Nexus on his birthday, but I think it was too much, it still deserves to be shown.
