HOLY SCRUNGE EVERYONE! It’s official, Fight Frogs 2: Never Stop Frog Fighting is officially an official thing and it’s going to be debuting at this year’s Small Press Expo!!! Not only that, my Kickstarter for the book just launched like this very second! WHOAAAA!!!

This new book has more sweat, more veins, more punching, MORE EVERYTHING! The Fight Frogs meet their ultimate challenge in a new gang of 80s frat boy muscle-head sharks called the Shit Sharks and stuff goes CRAZY.

Please take a look at the Kickstarter and support this book getting made! You can get copies of the book, screen prints, patches, original art, and more. In all seriousness, this is my favorite comic I’ve ever made and it’d be awesome to be able to share it with you!

Sometimes the little odds and ends from demos I give in my Digital Illustration class result in halfway-decent miniature drawings. Other times they are doofus beavers I guess.

If You've Been Wondering How & Where You Can Pick Up A Copy Of One Of My Zines, Comics Et/ou Loot Bags,

If you've been wondering how & where you can pick up a copy of one of my zines, comics et/ou Loot bags, I have good news: you can now purchase either or all of those things at my new store. Quantities of all items are varied and limited across the board (there are only 6 copies of "Warlow's Guide to Wizards, Sorceri & Familiars Arcane" remaining for instance), so get them while you can.

You'll also find copies of my books at locations around the country: Floating World Comics in Portland, OR, Chapel Hill Comics in North Carolina, Big Planet Comics in DC, and Atomic Books in Baltimore, MD.

Thank you, thank you to everyone who's shown such enthusiasm for my work. It's been a great month.

"Tales From Aeaea" Is A 28-page Collection Of Stories About The Various Citizens Of Aeaea, The Isle Of

"Tales from Aeaea" is a 28-page collection of stories about the various citizens of Aeaea, the isle of Circe, goddess of magic. Centuries ago, Aeaea, the isle to which Circe was exiled, was a place imbued with her magic, and docile lions and bears roamed its woods. "Tales from Aeaea" is set in a universe in which Circe was celebrated, rather than scorned, and she embraced her exile, making the isle flourish. Its citizens are students of magic, world-spanning sailors, and many are descendants of the isle's enchanted animals of old.

Here's a sneak peak of a couple pages from Saturn and Egon's story (who you might remember from my previous zine, "Warlow's Guide to Wizards, Sorceri and Familiars Arcane", a sort-of prequel).

"Tales from Aeaea" will premier at the Small Press Expo, September 13 & 14. Come see me there, and stay tuned for more updates!

A Flower For Aisha.

A flower for Aisha.

My friends Rebecca Bradley and Janna Morton run the project Blooms of Nigeria, a blog whose goal is to present nearly 200 illustrated flowers, each for a different girl who was taken in the April kidnapping in Nigeria, and to keep the discussion and awareness of their plight alive. It's a terrible crisis, and recently, there have been new kidnappings of almost 100 girls and boys as well. There isn't much many of us reading about it from our computers can do to help directly with this situation, but at the very least, we can all keep talking about the problem, express our sadness and eagerness for a resolution. There is also an Amnesty International petition you can sign to help appeal to the Nigerian government for action.

Let's not forget about these girls. Let's all keep loudly hoping for their rescue.
