How will slugcat FDR move if he can’t use his legs?

I'm having idea of him combined with Daddy Long Legs(it's really called that in-game) and have him move with the tentacles, or a Vulture maybe.

(This is what I think of whenever I see muscular Lincoln)

He is located at the bottom of an abandoned research facility, hung by tethers and wires. He doesn't remember anything because of the stake that pierces his head(memory storage destroyed).

He only remember being locked here for trying to protect something. He is afraid of the group that attacked and locked him here.
