đ Lazy Witch Tip: As you softly call upon the elements, write your spell on the air with either the tip of your finger or a crystal point. When youâre finished, gently blow your spell into the universe. Feel the breeze against your skin and be at peace.
Safe From Harm Spell Jar
I made this jar for protection on Halloween night, as many neighborhoods arenât safe enough for trick or treating, especially for children. If your neighborhood isnât the kindest, Iâd suggest keeping this jar with you!
What youâll need:
Salt, I used garlic salt for increased protection!
Rosemary to cleanse the space around you
Bay leaf for protection + good will
Calendula for clarivoyance
Basil for protection
Parsley (optional) to protect your stomach from all that candy! đŹ
Sage for wisdom
Safe travels, everyone and Happy Halloween! đđ
My husband gave me permission to share a picture of this special offering vessel that he made to propitiate his Kiln Spirit when working on ceramics.
I love it SO much.

MANY PEOPLE HAVE ASKED RECENTLY FOR PROTECTION SIGILS RECENTLY SO HERE ARE MY FAVORITES:
LEFT: THE EYE OF NYX, USED FOR SECRECY AND REMAINING HIDDEN, ACTIVATES WITH THE FOLLOWING "Nocte in perpetua et in perpetua nox" WORKS BEST AT NIGHT
RIGHT: A WARD SIGIL OF MY OWN DESIGN, USED FOR PROTECTION AND DEFENSE ITS EFFECTS ARE PASSIVE AND DO NOT NEED TO BE ACTIVATED FUNCTIONS BETTER THE LARGER THE SYMBOL IS
Thanks to severe OCD and PTSD, Iâm often stuck in my own head with a bunch of intrusive and obsessive nonsense. I came up with a perpetual banishing and transmutation spell to help process and deal with unwanted thoughts.
The Banishing Bin functions somewhat like a computerâs recycle bin:
write unwanted thought/feeling on a sticky note or piece of small paper
draw banishing/transmutation sigil over words
fold up paper and throw in banishing binÂ
burn/rip/trash them during the waning crescent or dark moon
This is a great spell if youâre a spoonie or not open about your craft. Itâs fairly easy to perform and store without raising eyebrows (it literally just sits on my bookcase unsuspiciously). I found the mini trashcan at a local discount store for a couple dollars. The cheapest one I can find online can be purchased from Amazon here, but you can use any container you like as a bin. If you donât have a banishing sigil youâre already working with, feel free to use mine.Â

Anyone whoâs been stuck in bed knows how quickly that stale feeling can build up! Hereâs some tips (both witchy and non) for clearing some of that unwanted energy. Thank you @tealeavesandpapertrees for requesting this post!
Open a window.
Hang wind chimes outside.
Hang a rainbow prism by your window, let the light cleanse your room.
Keep a small fan.
Flip over your blankets and pillows.
Use a Himalayan salt lamp.
Clean one area per day (can be minuscule or massive)
Let the moon wash over your room.
Burn candles, let the flame burn away any unwanted energy
Make a spritz with scented herbs or infused water.
Let the weather cleanse your room, no matter what it may be.
Manipulate the energy with your hands.
Do at least one hygienic thing per day.
Set out a bowl of water to absorb the energy, dispose accordingly.
Wash all of your bedding, place some cleansing sigils or herbs underneath your mattress.
Wash yourself, even if itâs just with a cloth.
Speak out loud (or communicate in some form) what things you would like to invite into your space.
Use a wax melter with some cheery scents.
Get a bouquet of fresh flowers.
Play music.
Burn incense, as the smoke wafts around the room let it push away any unwanted energy.
Visualize a light clearing out the energy.
Switch which side of the bed your lying on.
When it rains, imagine the rain washing away or drawing out the energy.
Laughter is the best medicine. Watch a funny or heartwarming movie that makes you feel content.
Keep a jar and write down anything you want to let go of. Destroy accordingly.
Change what clothes youâre wearing every couple of days.
Hold a crystal and imagine it sending out positive energy.
So many, many other things!
