I'll Tell You One Thing About The British Though Is They've Got Me Saying "advert". We Were Flipping

I was thinking about how a lot of people who are into the Vampire Diaries are also into Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and how there are some obvious parallels between the shows and between the relationships of Angel & Buffy and Stefan & Elena and then Spike & Buffy and Damon & Elena, but obviously they aren't exactly the same ships or characters, and it's made me curious. Fans of both, is there a correlation in what you ship?

Also, I love when people remember that Atlantis exists. It was definitely one of my favorite movies growing up (as were its sequels). I think I still have my Barbie Kida with the light up crystal necklace somewhere...

When I woke up this morning I had 4 notifications on youtube and my first thought was that they had done something, but alas, nothing yet... *keeps fingers crossed*

I have decided that DJ Dr. Death Defying absolutely loves the song “the Last DJ” by Tom Petty (and he vibes with it pretty hard for obvious reasons), and in fact, Tom Petty is one of his all-time favorite artists.

So I decided to try stripping the blue tones out to see what this would look like with more natural coloring. It still looks weirdly off because I think there wasn't that much color left underneath the blue, so even boosting the saturation didn't really make it quite normal-looking, but here's my best try with what I can do on my phone:

Then I messed around with it a little more on my laptop and boosted the contrast and messed with the tones a little more, though it’s still flatter than I’d like, especially in the background.

Well, it was a fun experiment at any rate, and it does look a touch more true to color! To get it really realistic, I think you’d have to color it section by section, almost like colorizing a black and white picture, but I don’t really feel like messing with Pixlr right now so I think I’m going to call this good enough. Enjoy! :)

Hm... it’s probably a tie between Lipton Island Peach Mango and Stash Coconut Mango Wuyi Oolong. I don’t mean to be plugging brands but those are just the ones I keep in my cupboard. I like it fruity and sugary :) 

I don’t use milk with those, but if I’m drinking a more intense tea, like an English breakfast tea, I’ll use milk with that. That’s relatively rare for me, though. Most of the time I just use as much sugar as can effectively dissolve... I’m using hyperbole but also not.
