You know you're blocked when you start eyeing the pàlinka and țuică on your mom's shelf because you don't know how to continue the plot because you just wanna get to that one scene you imagined two weeks ago.
Izzy lightwood nation are yall up for a fanart
No, I will not shut up about the fact that Will Solace is still an underrated character. That Alec and Isabelle deserve a whole ass saga about their childhood. That I need a book about The Circle in its youth. That Percy is one of the few likeable mc I've ever read.
AND that if I read one more romance fantasy book where all I hear is how "small" she was and how "fragile" she was and how "petite" she was (looking at you Violet Sorrengail) I WILL give up on it. Write me some charachters like Drusilla Blackthorn, give some diversity m'am, look at Clary, Emma, Drusilla, Izzy, Cristina, Anna, Sophie, Charlotte and Diana miss they're all different and REALISTIC.
And if I'm being annoying with tsc, look at Annabeth, Reyna, Hazel, Piper, Silena, Bianca even Nazeera from Shatter me... Girl it ain't that hard to make things realistic. Cause I'm telling u right now that there is no way that any girl relates to miss's small petite waist and her fragile frame and yet she still somehow had hulk strength (ehem Juliette Ferrars/Ella Sommers)
I don't think I can explain how much I long for Cassie to write a saga, or at least a few books about the Circle.
Give me the JUICE. I NEED TO KNOW. Specially about Maryse my girl and Robert, like I just KNOW that they were probs a power couple before becoming such a toxic relationship (maybe before Robert and Michael turned back to back)
I need to know if Maryse and Michael were on good terms (friends even?). I NEED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT MARYSE, PEOPLE.
We get this complex woman with such a strong character development, and you're not going to tell me anything about her backstory????
Was she like, Izzy on the looks, Alec on the personality? Because otherwise I'm just stuck w my head canons that her parents were trash, she was a crazy badass warrior w a very twink bf (ehem Robert) that made some horrendous choices by being charmed off by Valentine. Also in my mind her and Celine were good friends (sorry not sorry) 😌 (Stephen didn't deserve nor Amatis nor Celine. can't hate him, tho...). And that maybe her and Jocelyn had a maybe Alec x Clary like relationship (city of bones typa shit)
when they tell you you have to sacrifice sleep to watch matthew daddario perform
dorian & basil siblings and now white heathcliff. gothlit enjoyers are in the fucking trenches this year
if I had a nickel for every time simon lewis had a male best friend that tragically died young, I’d have two nickels. which isn’t a lot, but weird that it happened twice.
Nothing, and I mean nothing, is more useful to writers than pregnant people's baby name webs.
Nobody, and I mean nobody, spends more time on pregnant people's baby name webs than writers.
hell yeah
She's edgy as fuck. Like...uh...a neon green sneakers on a Versace dress. Anything u wanna say?
We get it, you’re edgy.
I was born on Halloween, so it's just part of my nature😉
(I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, I seem to lack the edgy part of the human being system. I was built wrong)
The amount of hate Lucien Vanserra gets for being interested in getting to know the person his fucking omnipotent god decided was his perfect match is fucking wild to me.
Like yall want this man to be evil so bad and he's literally just trying to figure out who he is now that everything he thought he was is crumbling under his feet. He's literally coming through again and again for Feyre and her friends despite going through a goddamned identity crisis that's lasted like four books at this point. Yall want this man to be evil and he's only ever been described by literally everyone as "loyal" and "a good male" and "not evil". Yall want this man to be evil and he was willing to die/be tortured to protect Feyre ALONE at least three times.
But because this man was given a mate-something he's been raised his whole life to revere and dream about and want-and he is interested in *checks notes* getting to know her, he's now evil. He's now going to go against five books of character development and become a betrayer and/or unreasonably violent?
Like if you don't ship them that's absolutely fine. I think the concept of them not having romantic feelings and navigating the bond on a purely platonic sense is interesting (though I don't think it's gonna happen given Sarah J Maas' track record) and is something that could make for an interesting story but like......I'm sorry but bending backwards to try and paint Lucien as EVIL????
Have we read the same books?
Being a writer is hard, what do you mean I can write the most beautiful poetry and flawless texts marvelous enough to awe Brönte or Dostoyevsky at 3 am but then I can't speak a sentence without either cursing like a sailor or pulling the most vulgar metaphors. Who dared to curse me in such a torturous and medieval way, forcing me to speak like I was born in the lower years of the 2000's, which I indeed was (but that's not the point).
Just a writer who loves too many fandoms. But who can blame me? I'm a sucker for art, classic and for charachters with a bow that have as many issues as me, 'cause what is life if you don't have a hoard of suffering archers behind u? My main fandoms are TMI (the mortal instruments), TDA, TLH and any artwork created by my one and only Queen Cassie, LOTR, Dune, Percy Jackson, The Dragon Prince bcs I would die for Ruthari, Brooklyn 99, ACOTAR, Iron Flame, TVD, GG (xoxo), and any form of classics (Razumikhin's, Raskolnikov's and Holden's love child) and probably many more fandoms that I can't remember rn but will once I close this. All hail Lana del Rey, KoL, The Smiths, Fiona Apple , TV girl, Marina and all my underrated bby's who should be at the top.xoxo
