here are some small habits that you can start doing :) they aren’t that intense— they only require consistency, and in my opinion are a great way to take the first step into your self improvement journey ♡

1. leave the phone out of the bathroom 🫧 ⊹₊

— this reduces the amount of time you spend in the bathroom and takes away a bit of screen time too!

— keeping your phone in the bathroom can make your device incredibly dirty and exposes it to a bunch of germs and bacteria

— sitting on the toilet longer than needed can lead to unnecessary pressure on your rectum

2. try to dedicate your bed for sleeping 💭 *.✦

— a good but simple habit to have is to only use your bed when sleeping. try to avoid studying, eating, or passing time in bed

— your brain may not be able to associate your bed with sleeping when you’re doing too many activities while sitting in bed, which can make it difficult for you to sleep

— experts say staying bed for too long can disrupt your mood and increases stress

— doing the same activities while sitting at a desk will most likely make you feel more productive as opposed to you doing them in your bed

3. try to spend the first 15 minutes of the day without your phone 🗒️ ⋆⁺₊

— getting on your phone and using a stimulating app like TikTok first thing in the morning overwhelms your dopamine and will only make you want more and more throughout the day

— try to get some sunlight instead and open your curtains or go outside

WHO IS THE PERSON THAT U WANT TO BE ;

how do they act? what is their education? that’s the first question to ask urself. i talked about a garden analogy in one of my previous posts but just in case u missed that i’ll remind u:

so basically imagine urself as a gardener and ur life is ur garden. it’s boundless. u can fill the garden with flowers 🌸 and plants, anything u desire really. think of ur desires as the flowers that u fill ur garden 🪴 with. the plants that u water the most or the pay the most attention to will grow beautifully. this is how manifestation is. 

so what i’ve been doing lately is keeping 2-3 affirmations on loop in my brain whenever i get a minute to. (kinda like when u put something on queue in ur mind) when im doing mindless activities or something. i’ll repeat the affirmations in my mind OR out loud. but i’ll only do this when i want to. (cuz nothing in manifestation should be forced) 

doing this, i kinda imagine my affirmations as watering my manifestations 🪷. now that we’ve established setting up ur garden, let’s FILL it. (this is the funnest part) i want u to write down who u desire to be as though u were already that person living that life. so you’d title ur page (who i am) 

my name is ___ i am ___ years old 

ur personality and character traits 

ur skills and talents 

ur appearance 

ur self concept and how life treats u 

ur education 

ur relationships

how long it takes u to get everything u want 

literally EVERYTHING. this is scripting. ur creating a script in which ur reality will follow. next we need to PRACTICE the script. 

how do we do that? being delulu, affirming, manifestation exercises, daydreaming, SATS, literally PRETENDING. fulfilling urself in ur imagination is u practicing the script. 

once the script is persisted in enough and well practiced you’ll see it play out in ur life. congratulations, you’ve built a new life and identity for urself <3 (this is a remake of one of my old posts in my newer style)

If you have a bad self- concept and lack self- love , you will continue to attract people who will treat you like trash. Why ? Because our inner world creates the outer world. It is easier to blame external circumstances and people rather than understanding that we created them and have the power to change them according to our will.

Of course, you can manifest without working on self-concept too. But self-concept is crucial in daily life if you ask me. You can't go on your whole life feeling bad about yourself. There is nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself , being confident , knowing you are the creator of your reality and loving yourself.

If you see yourself as garbage , the flies will come meaning If you feel bad about yourself and feel that you have no control over the 3D reality, you will continue to attract people who won't treat you well. If you see yourself as garden , the butterflies will come meaning If you have a good self-concept, you will attract people who will respect you and treat you well. Also , remember - we accept the love we think we deserve.

Inner world creates outer world. 4D reality creates 3D reality. You don't need to " try " to change your circumstances or people , you need to focus on changing no-one but " SELF". Most people think that love and happiness comes from love and respect of others. They are desperate and seek for love and respect from others when they themselves don't love or respect themselves. You need to be your validation, you really need to love yourself and focus on the things you like about yourself. If you improve your self- concept , you will believe in your power , get rid of doubts easily and manifest instantly. Self-concept work never goes in vain. It is always worth it 💗

• Jumping Jacks – 1 min

• Arm Circles – 30 sec forward, 30 seconds backward

• High Knees – 1 min

• Torso Twists – 1 min

• Leg Swings – 30 sec each leg

Workout

• Squats – 3x20

• Wall Push-Ups – 3x15

• Bent-Over Arm Raises – 3x15

• Glute Bridges – 3x20

• Standing Side Leg Lifts – 3x15 (each leg)

• Plank – 3x30 seconds

Cool-Down & Stretch (5 mins)

• Child’s Pose – 1 min

• Hamstring Stretch – 1 min (30 sec each)

• Shoulder Stretch – 1 min

• Cat-Cow Stretches – 1 min

• Deep Breaths & Relax – 1 min

Day 2 – Cardio & Core 🏃🏽‍♀️🎀

• 30-minute brisk walk, jog on treadmill

• Russian twists – 3x20

• Leg raises – 3x15

• Bicycle crunches – 3x20

• Mountain climbers – 3x30 seconds

Day 3 – Lower Body (45 mins) 🎀

• Warm-up (5 mins): Butt kicks, walking lunges

• Side lunges – 3x15

• Hip thrusts – 3x15

• Calf raises – 3x20

• Donkey kicks – 3x20

Day 4 – Active Recovery (30 mins)

• Light yoga or a long walk

• Focus on stretching and breathing
