idk what to say except that this race has just been a microcosm of the charles and carlos time at ferrari. charles pulled off a generational drive, fighting through from p20 to the podium to do all he can with the bad luck he was dealt, meanwhile all carlos had to do was overtake the car in front or crash out trying and the ferrari championship would have been ours. instead he chose to protect his own race over winning his team the championship. goodbye carlos sainz, i won’t miss you as a scuderia ferrari driver.
