They’re having another buffet event and this time all 15 Hana lords (when is the Ninjas’ tuuuurrrnn?) pose with kikyou flower.
Shoutout to monarchs who are like the cousin of a deposed monarch, no matter who’s in charge now, your claim to the throne is valid.
Shoutout to monarchs who attained power by killing their relatives your claim to the throne is valid.
Shoutout to monarchs who were the previous monarch’s captain of the guard before murdering them, your claim to the throne is valid.
Shoutout to puppet child monarchs, your claim to the throne is valid and even though you’ll likely never properly rule, for even a day in your life - that shouldn’t stop you from feeling like a valid monarch.
Shoutout to monarchs who won the throne through buying it in an auction held by the pervious monarch’s murderous guards, your claim to the throne is valid.
Shoutout to monarchs who came to power after being the common or foreign born spouse of a previous monarch, your claim to the throne is valid.
Shoutout to monarchs in empires which have been divided between claimants, your claim to the whole empire is valid, and don’t let anyone hold you back from starting a long protracted civil war to take over the whole empire.
Shoutout to monarchs who exterminated all other claimants in a long protracted civil war, your claim to the throne is valid, no matter how much of your own country you destroyed to sit on the throne.
Shoutout to monarchs who are being imprisoned in a monastery or oubliette, as the person who took your kingdom from you fears their enemies rallying around you - your claim to throne is still valid - even if you stand little chance of escape and a high chance of being killed someday soon.
Shoutout to monarchs who were overthrown by violent revolution- your claim to the throne is still valid.

Reblog because I must
Could you please give me something like a list of things that need to be determined about a character, more than just age, height, gender and things like that, please i need like a list of as many as possible 💕💕💕 your blog is a miracle
I will try my best. This is a list I usually try to conform to (but I have it stored in my head, rather than as a physical list, so apologies if it doesn’t make much sense…!):
Character motivation. What are they doing? Why are they doing it?
Backstory. What happened before their debut in the story?
Greatest fear. Speaks for itself; what do they fear most?
Relationships with other characters. Who do they like? Who do they not like? Who opposes them? Who helps them? Who are they related to (by blood, or circumstance)?
Main personality traits. Positive ones, and negative ones.
Moral limits. What will they absolutely not do? What would they consider doing to meet their goal?
Attitudes/Opinions. What are the main issues in your story’s world, and what is this character’s opinion on it? How do they behave towards other characters, based on their opinions of them? Who or what do they consider to be below them? What behaviours do they choose to do or not do, which gives them a sense of importance/self-esteem (i.e. being tee-total, going to church every Sunday w/o fail, always adopting pets, rather than buying them, etc)?
Abilities. Either magical, or non-magical depending on your setting. What are they best at? What are they not so good at?
Speaking skills/conventions. How do they sound when they speak? What is their vocabulary like? How do they manage/behave in everyday conversations?
Education. According to your world’s standards, how educated is the character?
Family. How were they brought up? What was their family situation like?
Friendships. Which friendships do they value the most? How many friends do they have? How easily can they make friends?
Sexual/romantic relationships. How many relationships has the character committed to? Can they commit to relationships? How do they behave when in a relationship? How do they feel about other people’s relationships?
Work. What do they think about work? What kind of work would they like to do? What kind of work are they doing? If the character is a student, then consider their work ethic, their favourite subjects, etc.
Sense of self. What is your character’s self-image like? How do they feel about themselves? What do they think about themselves in relation to other people (i.e. how do they compare themselves to somebody else?).
Health. Speaks for itself; what is this character’s health like? In the past, in the present, and in the future?
Housekeeping. How do they live, in an everyday setting? Are they tidy, or messy? What things do they consider to be necessary to a daily routine, and what things do they consistently forget about/deem to be unimportant?
Politics. How they view society, and what should be done in a ‘civil’ society. What they think of their world’s politics. How they might ‘class’ themselves.
Religion. Their views on life, death, and creation. Their understanding of their ‘purpose’, or their beliefs in how everything came to be.
Tastes. In fashion, food, and anything else you might think of.
I hope this helps, Anon! Maybe some of our followers might reblog this and add extra things, or you might think of extra things you can add yourself. Feel free to do so, if this is the case!

How did Tadakatsu, Kageie, Yasumasa, and Tadatsugu die?
There is a legend that Tadakatsu died after injuring his hand from carving. If this story is true, he might have fallen ill from the infected wound. If not true, then presumably he died of age.
It was said that Kageie was executed by Kenshin. The story has it that he had sold a horse to Nobunaga, and Kenshin suspected treason. ETA: This was apparently considered a legend, and the official account of his death is due to disease.
Yasumasa seems to have contracted a disease and died of it. Tadatsugu died normally from age.
I know a lot of friends don’t like Kojuro Act 2 for several reasons such as Koju leaving MC and Hide being evil…and I do not contest that, but personally, I LOVE IT….EVEN THOUGH Kojuro isn’t my main bias.
Yes, it has a lot of downer scenes that somehow make you like him less, and there are scenes where all you want is to pound your phone with something hard because…uggh!! (Trust me, I almost did.)
But the real strength of the MS is not on the fluffy romance we expect from an otome game…but on Kojuro’s inner conflict and how his subsequent choices affect MC and Date Clan.
Yes…Kojuro Act 2 is more about DRAMA than ROMANCE.
There will be SPOILERS (but not that detailed) here, but think of the Trolley Problem. In essence, Kojuro has to make a choice, both aren’t easy. Sacrifice one he loves to save the clan or stay with his beloved and watch his enemy destroy those he swore to protect. No matter what he does, he has to pay a very huge price. And this is clearly seen on the MS, the agony he felt as he weighed his options, and its serious consequences. Yet he has to make a choice. You can guess what he did, brace yourself and watch your temper, guys. You HAVE to.
Yonezawa retainers wanted blood, and they wanted MC to “pay the price” since Kojuro “become rogue”. I really should give praise to Date Boys. Masamune and Shigezane were really supportive of MC, despite the odds stacked against them. Masa could have rebellion in his hands in the light of Kojuro’s absence but he stick to his own beliefs. It was epic, I tell you. Shigezane even helped MC convince Masa to let her leave and look for Kojuro so that Kojuro can go home, because despite Kojuro’s actions, Shigezane trusted him still.
MC also faces a similar choice: to be with Kojuro and lose her place in Date clan, or stay in Yonezawa without knowing what happens to Kojuro. To leave means to be branded as a traitor and will be killed on sight…and she isn’t even sure if she will have a home or a place to stay where Kojuro is held.
Yet she braved all odds and faced the risks. I applaud this MC. And even though Kojuro brushed her away when they met (he did it to protect her from Hide), she still cling to him even though it hurts. At this point Kojuro is really a piece of—. But we soon see that everytime Kojuro shoved MC away, it was killing him inside because all he want is to see MC safe, yet in the moment of desperation, he failed to see how his actions hurt MC. And because of that, he broke his walls to embrace her once again. Because in the end, he still chose his own heart.
Meanwhile, just as Kojuro faced a difficult obstacle, we see Hideyoshi in a rather different light: the ANTAGONIST. Perhaps one of the reasons why some players liked this MS was that people get to see a new side of him. Yet, I know others HATED Hide in this, and understandibly so…he is no longer the cheeky flirty monkey we once knew and though he smiles…it is void of joy. He is scary, because he is trully a schemer and a master manipulator in this MS, and not even Kojuro saw him coming.
I will not expound here what Hide did to make Kojuro’s life miserable, but anyway, as the chapter progresses, MC began to see that Hide, too, was also suffering from his own hard choices and how he quietly laments that his methods is slowly killing him inside, just like Kojuro. Hideyoshi sacrificed his everything to achieve Divine Rule, even though he loses his own heart. Kojuro sacrificed his own heart to save Date clan, even though he will be seen as a traitor.
For whom does these people fight for? Love or Duty? And what will be the consequence? And what will they give for the sake of their goal?
And these are the questions Kojuro Act 2 is all about. And this is why I love it. And I hope for those who plan to read Koju Act 2…will be able to find the beauty of it as I do.
Did Hideyoshi and Nobunaga have a close relationship?
Personal relationships is always hard to judge if there’s no concrete evidence for it (e.g letters/diaries that discuss personal feelings). The only thing we can know for certain is that Nobunaga valued Hideyoshi as a capable vassal.
There’s text establishing that Hideyoshi is someone who owns some land/property as of 1565. He started working for the Oda anywhere from 1554-1560. If he really did start out as just a servant, that’s a considerably fast rise in rank.
Also, I would think he had been quite privileged to be allowed to adopt one of Nobunaga’s sons. I don’t know if there’s a precedent for this in other families, but with Nobunaga this is the only time he allowed this. Nobunaga’s other sons that were adopted out were meant to “peacefully” conquer the other clans (the Kitabatake and the Kanbe), or was adopted out as part of peace treaty (with the Takeda).
Proposal:
Nobu: Send Letter. Demands MC why she didn't reply back.
Hide: Send letter. Woo MC in public in such a way customers gladly supports him (and perhaps they will help pressure MC to say "Yes")
Yasu: Send letter. Waits for MC. Kidnaps MC and proposes to her in private.
.
Reaction on MC's Hesitation/Refusal:
Nobu: "I NEED a reason? (You Brazen little thing) Fine then, I'll stay here in Kyoto for now, but I"ll take you with me when I get back to Owari...See to it YOU FIND that precious reason."
Hide: 😥😥 "I wonder if I came on a little too strongly." He then cooks another plan and then proceeds with Plan B.
Yasu: "You refuse...A PROPPSAL OF FINE MARRIAGE??" And after exchanging expletives, he visits MC's restaurant to bully her everyday until she snaps.
.
Turned Tables:
Nobu: Saves MC from Goons.
Hide: Plan B = Help MC's mom and invites MC to a sweet "last" date with him.
Yasu: Tells MC he will return to Mikawa.
.
MC's Response:
Nobu: She soon accepts him in many ways than one. She had NO choice anyway.
Hide: She realize Hide's efforts to woo her and realize her budding affection for him. So why should MC end it here? Why not hop on to his advances?
Yasu: MC deeply misses him that she constantly thinks of him and his absence. And when he returns, MC gladly comes to his embrace. After all, he WAITED for so long.
.
Bonus Epilogue:
Nobu: Hot! 🔥
Hide: Laugh trip! 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣
Yasu: SOMEONE PUT THE FIRE OUT! 🔥🔥
.
OVERALL: I ❤ THIS EVENT.
