A case that can only be defined as Black erasure is going to the Supreme Court

Several states are going to the Supreme Court essentially to define what "Black" is in order allow gerrymandering that'll discriminate against Black voters by diluting the legal definition of "Black" to erase people's cultural identity.

Essentially they're argument is if you check only "Black" on the census or "Black and white" then you are Black in the eyes of the law. But if you check "Black and latino" or "Black and Asian" or ANY OTHER mixture of "Black" then you aren't "Black" in the eyes of the law and the state governments are allowed to gerrymander you out of the districts.

Please watch this man's video on it. He's so much more knowledgeable than me.
