Do you ever just... take the time to appreciate the little imperfections of your body?
Those imperfections you were taught to hate, that you had to teach yourself to love.
The lightning bolt stretchmarks, the cellulite.
The way you smile, and the way it makes you look when you do.
The freckles that no one ever wished to have.
The imperfect teeth fixed by years of braces, and yet, they'll never be completely perfect.
The pouch of your stomach.
Skin showing in places you were taught was sexual- your stomach in crop tops or small shirts, your thighs in shorts or bathing suits, your chest in anything that doesn't COMPLETELY cover it.
The hair on your arms, your legs, your armpits. The hair you were taught you can't have, that was gross to have.
Learn to love your body, learn to love the person within it.
You are the only one who REALLY notices the smallest of imperfections on yourself because you are your worst critic. So, become the person who worships those parts of you because only YOU know how much it means to have those specific imperfections loved.
Love yourself because the love you have for yourself is the most important love you can have.
(This may or may not be a little offering to Aphrodite. But it's also something i know people need to hear.)

I've known for years and years that I wasn't straight. Even when I didn't know what I was exactly, I knew what I wasn't.
Cis-
I’m not cis, I never will be. You can't force me into a box and expect me to be complicit.
Neurotypical-
Im autistic. I have ADHD. But I have just as much knowledge as every other person to make a decision on something that will affect my rights.
White-
I don't care that I'm white, I’m still going to get upset. Because are we really discussing who might not have rights because of their RACE?
Men-
Do I have to say whats wrong with this? Whats wrong with guaranteeing specific rights because of birth?
Lets put it all together. Ready? Okay go.
Liberty and justice for all, but not for all. But for those who fit into the compact, suffocating box that society has deemed "the norm".
This "norm" kills. It hurts and it kills, and it will not stop. This hurt and death with keep happening until we, as a people, stop it. You know it, I know it. So why are we still going on and voting for people who have never cared and will never care?
Do your part and do better.
