Blue’s Delivery Service

What is it about this ship that I only want to draw them as AUs? I watched Kiki’s Delivery Service recently and all I could think about is how perfect Blue and Gansey fit as Kiki and Tombo, I mean seriously, if you haven’t watched the movie I totally rec it for this purpose only (but other than that its a beautiful movie).

This is what I’ve been working on, Background are fun until you remember you have no idea how to draw them T^T I did my best but I’m gonna keep trying thought that might take a while to make haha.

(this is my entry for the trk art contest! i’ve been wanting to draw a scene from this chapter since reading the book, so this was the perfect excuse to do so. i had to upload it in two pieces since tumblr has wonky rules about proportions, but you can see the full size image here, as well as details here and an alternate color version here!)
