Silently appears before Sakakura wearing an orange mustache.
Somehow he wasn’t surprised that, even though they hadn’t seen each other in a little while, this was how the other chose to appear before him. At this moment, he was struggling a little - should he comment on the mustache? Or no? Would that be giving in to what his smaller companion wanted?
Baffled, the former ULTIMATE BOXING CHAMPION decides to do his best to pretend that nothing is… amiss.
“… yes? Is there something I can help you with?”
That was the right way to handle this situation, right? Honestly, at this moment? Sakakura wasn’t entirely convinced. // @cleanhope
THAT CONFLICT HAD BEEN A MERE EXCUSE FOR Yuna not to step into Ueda anymore, lest she wished to act on her impulse and strangle that man. The low chuckle once that image popped into her mind was revealing how pleased she would be if she did that. However, Yuna had to be mindful of the people who worked for that man, along with his family. They did not need to be needlessly involved into a dispute which did not concern them, nor had to suffer pointlessly. It was a clash of ideals, nothing which would have incurred her wrath enough to kill him. Perhaps the desire to see him cornered was tempting, yet out of respect for the people who believed in him, she would lay low, thus the decision to avoid going into Ueda. Meeting with Anastasia or Isanami could always occur in other locations, rather than there. Yuna did not mind and it was better anyway.
❝ So, did he complain that somebody did not respect him and it was a woman, above all? ❞ No matter how kindly Isanami spoke of him, Yuna would not share that opinion, thus she propped her cheek into the palm of her hand, her tone dull and lacking interest. It was too bad he did not have a proper reaction and chose to keep that facade and only showed a bit of emotion slipping. What a boring man. Perhaps even their conflict could have been solved, would he actually be genuine to his emotions. Although it sounded.. fake coming from her, who had so much difficulty showing how she felt, at least in such situations, she did her best to convey what was important, rather than allow misunderstandings step in. ❝ My only satisfaction, well partly, is that I hit him hard enough for his cheek to be swollen, haha. That should have hurt, but that is not even an ounce of how people feel. Perhaps not now, but leadership can be a burden which weights too heavily if not handled properly. ❞
It was a weight she carried as well, all alone. No matter how many people stretched out a hand, she barely relied on them. There were things only she could do and should do, without having to take those hands and ask for help, but they were still there. It was only because she would rely and trust them. Because instead of being a leader, most of times she chose to be one of them and listen to them, rather than selfishly take decisions. For someone as him who did not show anything but that irritating smile, for how long would people be able to trust him, to put their lives into his hands? For somebody such as herself, that was nothing but a time problem, which could be decided any moment. That kind of leadership was a gamble, because in the end, no one could understand him. Was he even a bit close to the people who chose to follow him, aside the Braves? Even then, she doubted there was any kind of connection aside his self-interest for whatever purpose.
❝ My bad to contradict you, Anastasia, but I know plenty people who would be frustrated with his way of leading. ❞ No matter in what kind of good light she tried to pain him, Yuna did not see Yukimura that way. Not after their little spat and how little consideration he showed towards one of his fallen subordinates. Even if Hanzo proved to be alive at that time, it did not change the fact that he treated that death… lightly. While she could understand the importance of not showing weakness, of being a figure on whom people could rely, it did not mean they did not wish to see a glimpse of emotion from their leader. ❝ If they would have Yukimura as the one who leads them, well.. I can only imagine the worst case scenario. I am not perfect either as a leader, however I do try to show sympathy and solidarity when people need it, when the situation requires it even if moments after, I return to being myself and make the right decisions. Even if my heart breaks apart, I let my people know that they can count of me and that I understand their emotions, even if a little. Sometimes, this is more than enough for people to feel close to their leader, to gain more trust and actually feel like the person they follow does what they can in spite of how tough a situation is. ❞
Considering how much they mentioned Yukimura in that conversation, Yuna hoped he was hicupping somewhere. That thought alone made her snicker in amusement. However, if Anastasia said she was alright with him as a lord, she could let that little dispute slide. Only out of consideration for her. Rubbing her temples, as that man was giving her a headache even when not present, she could only blankly stare at the woman when she was told she would deny them their pay if she chose to do anything to Yukimura. With a defeated sigh, she rose her head towards the sky, allowing the gentle wind caress her locks. ❝ Yes, yes, whatever you say. I hope he hiccups until he dies then. If I had the chance to redo things of that day, I would do them in the same fashion anyway. ❞
Anastasia sighs a little when her friend makes her comment. Complain? Not… quite. “Lord Sanada informed his page what happened because he had an obvious bruise on his cheek and had done some damage to his room – if he hadn’t explained what had happened, I think Rokurou would have worried that he’d been attacked by an enemy shinobi.” Not quite complaining. It was to keep the Page – the BRAVE of WATER from panicking about the safety of his Lord, especially right before a war was to break out. “… I know you dislike him, but you’re acting like he’s a complaining child.”
It was a funny mental image, even if inaccurate. Yukimura could be a bit childish, so the fact that she could imagine him sort of whining about it was funny. And had he been in a better mood at the time, there was a good chance he might have “WHINED” about it towards his page in hopes of getting some sympathy points from his strict right-hand-man.
However, the blond woman falls silent again as the other spoke. Sapphire eyes watching as the crimson-eyed woman spoke. It was . . . curious. As an IGA shinobi, she couldn’t entirely understand where the two of them were being so stubborn. Anastasia had always been business first, herself. And YUKIMURA was emotional most times – though a steeled leader when it came to emergencies. Yuna? She appeared to be somewhere… in between those things. ‘… it’s sort of charming.’ Honestly, she could barely keep herself from smiling – though she managed to, out of respect for the others frustration.
It wasn’t until Yuna stopped speaking again that she waved her hand in a somewhat dismissive manner. “I know you mean no disrespect to me by saying those things.” The BRAVE of ICE reassures, laughing softly. “You’re entirely correct. I know many people who his leading style would only frustrate them. However, I’ve… come to feel right at home there. He… actually sort of reminds me of one of my old teachers, in Iga.” To be honest, the Russian kunoichi rarely spoke of IGA. Especially after everything had happened – but? Now that she was really thinking about it, she was starting to wonder if that was part of the reason she actually enjoyed working under that eccentric man. He sort of reminded her of h i m . . . the man who had gone out of his way to save her from her enslavement. “… though, I somehow feel as though you’d hate my teacher even worse then my lord, so? Perhaps I should… leave that conversation alone for now.” Her… “TEACHER” was a rather odd topic. And if Yuna disliked Yukimura, perhaps it was best she knew very little of that man. It seemed like it would just further boil the others blood…
“… I can’t say I agree with your assessment as a leader, though. He shows plenty of sympathy to those in his employ, and he shows his compassion while at work. I’ve never seen a lord risk his own life for one of his guards before, and yet? When I betrayed the team before – he was quick to get to Rokurou’s side and make sure he recovered. If he hadn’t done that, he would be dead.” And if it wasn’t for the quick actions that happened around then – there was a chance that Anastasia would have done more then destroy his eye, and stab SASUKE through. ( a time she wasn’t proud of, but? she would bring it up all the same. ) “He personally sat by his page’s side to be sure of his recovery, taking care of him even though he’d lost the thing that had made him so valuable in the first place.” Anastasia continues, laughing at little at the absurdity of the thought. The reason the UNNO family was important was because of that e y e . . . and yet, Yukimura had kept him there even after he’d lost it. When most would have fired him… That was the world they lived in. If you lost your use, you weren’t worth keeping around anymore.
And yet, that wasn’t how ether SANADA worked. And both employed the UNNO TWINS, despite the absurdity of “t w i n s” in this country…
“I’m starting to wonder if a big part of your disconnect has to do with the fact that you are someone who wasn’t particularly close to him yet… I’ve truly never seen this ‘cold’ side of him, that you’ve mentioned. Once I was hired, I became part of his Braves, and no such wall was shown to me. Yes, that… irritating smile has always been a part of him. But, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced the side of him you’re talking about. Not even when he hired me once again.” When he’d welcomed her back, it was his genuine KINDNESS that had hurt her the most. Shackling her here . . . Honestly, she’d expected to be killed. And she would have been alright with that, and yet? That wasn’t what happened. “Oh maybe,” she adds, laughing softly – amusement beginning to shine in her eyes a little. “He’s heard about your connection to his brother.”
Yukimura was an interesting one – and he had a lot of RESPECT for his elder brother. Though? They’d never been particularly close. In fact, there were times that Yukimura appeared afraid of his elder brothers “RAGE.” Nobuyuki only showed that irritated side around the younger SANADA…
There was a good chance that YUKIMURA had made up his mind to not get to know her better, especially if he heard that Nobuyuki and Yuna had amicable relations. After all: Nobuyuki appeared to have a complex when it came to his brother – Yukimura wouldn’t have wanted to interfere if Nobuyuki was making a friend. And he certainly wouldn’t have wanted to dampen the chances of them getting along by also imputing himself.
“… sorry, sorry. It appears I’ve managed to annoy you, friend.” Anastasia continues then, watching the other rub at her temples – a headache, she would imagine. “Talking about him probably isn’t helping with that, I’d imagine. Forgive me. Though,” she snickers at the thought of the LORD of UEDA with severe hiccups – oh goodness. At this time of the day? Rokurou would scold him, likely thinking that he’d gotten to drinking far too early. “I love the thought of him hiccupping uncontrollably. He’d be so frustrated. I would imagine he’d be pouting now, then. And, though I do enjoy working for my Lord... it’s actually nice to talk to someone who is from the outside of all of this. It gives me... another view of the situation. I enjoy our talks.”
@carnifcx continued from [x]
A hearty laugh escapes the dark-clad priest from his spot next to the ANGEL – amusement in his cynical eyes. “I don’t.” He responds, honestly. “But I do enjoy… encouraging others break the rules – I was asking for reference, so I know how long to keep you distracted.”
It was a teasing banter from the older man. Clearly he knew the other was far past the age ( or the company ) to reinforce any sort of true curfew. Somehow he doubted that his corpse bodyguard doubled as an alarm clock of sorts. He was more then welcome to be proven wrong, but somehow, he just didn’t believe it offhand. However – that hadn’t kept the mischievous man from making the comment.
It was funny – especially since they hadn’t seen each other in so long. “Imagine now, if I had approached you saying that line, though? Wouldn’t that have been especially funny?” He asks, lifting his glass back to his lips as his eyes drifted to the side. It was a funny thought. And, though he tended to MANIPULATE events to work out his way, the thought had only occurred to him now. ( … must be losing my touch. ) “Especially if I hadn’t recognized you at first~” A laugh escapes his lips then, humoring the idea as he nursed the drink in his hands.
That comment was his little way of saying – I may have seriously meant the pick-up line. May have. Maybe.
“Well, dear angel.” He pauses, shifting his gaze towards the blue-eyed young man. A smirk working it’s way to his thin lips. “You’ll find I have a preference for being the one to do the pinning, in most situations. It’s a nasty habit of mine, to need to come out on top.” Still flirting? Possibly. Who knows?
Ardyn “Izunia,” as he chooses to be called, is the Chancellor of Niflheim. And? Because of that, he holds a position of importance - He calls a lot of shots, as well as does a lot of large-scale planning. A lot of Niflheim’s advantages, both magically and technology wise, have to do with the things he’s ether hinted at … Or downright given them. He has his own goals, however. He always has. And it has relatively little to do with the success of Niflheim’s conquest.
Approaching with a different name and acting the part of the friendly “stranger,” Ardyn has decided to do something of a… experiment. He’s been working at his goal for years, usually watching those involved at a distance. This time? He’s decided to do it from a fair bit closer.
He doesn’t expect this’ll change the results. Why would it? When he’s worked so long at something, he’s hardly about to change his mind. His methods, however? He’s used the same ones for so long. It’s time to change it up a bit…
Fate has always been a cruel mistress - Ardyn is more familiar with that then most people. However, despite how bitter he’s become, despite how long he’s been around, he has never seen a turn of events like this. The young prince, the fated king, has decided to come to him in hopes of… what? Overthrowing this world that was willing to throw him to the wolves?
… how interesting.
Unwilling to wait, the moment he found out that Noctis was going to be the “Chosen King,” he took matters into his own hands - Going to the capital and raising all sorts of hell. Leaving it near destroyed, and the boy? He took with him.
After that, he left the capital - using magic to help the boy’s memories sink to the bottom of his mind. Leaving him confused, but? Not without those memories. Eventually, when everything was said and done, they’d return. They’d float back to the surface, as long as Ardyn wasn’t around to use the spell anymore. In fact? Ardyn has prepared notebooks of information related to the capital, related to Noctis, about his abduction, who his real family is - Everything. But? For now, he’s decided he’d raise the boy who would eventually kill him. He wanted to make sure … He wanted to ensure that, this time? Things would end.
The young hero determined to become the king - the young man who was determined to help his people with the scourge! Ardyn is young, determined, and driven. He is willing to sacrifice himself and his time for his people’s well being and health.
This is before anything that lead to his exile - and? He’s only just barely beginning to feel the side effects of his ability to help those in need. So? He’s at his healthiest, and at his most basic mindset. Without years and years of hate tainting it, you’ll find he’s a pretty pleasant guy, all things considered! A little exhausted - but? You’ll have to expect that a little, given how hard the guy works.
Living by their motto of “Almost 100% Success Rate” - Genji and Ban are two close friends who spend most of their time living in Ban’s car, the “Lady Beetle.” They work together as “GetBackers,” meaning they get hired to retrieve things for people. They don’t steal - they only go to get back what “shouldn’t be gone” in the first place.
Leader of the Volts - one of the largest gangs in the lower levels of the Infinity Fortress, Genji is a respected and feared leaders. He is protective of his group, and has a rather... unusual ability, even by the fortress’ standards. Being able to create his own natural electricity.
And as long as he’s within the tower? It appears to be an unending supply. ( Which is particularly scary, due to the fact that being in connection to a current of electricity can even heal him from near life-threatening injuries. Causing him to recharge and his body to heal quickly. )
blah blah blah
This is the verse that is his primary verse. Taking place throughout the timeline of DR1 through DR3: Future Side.
The former Ultimate Boxer, as well as a former member of Class 74, Juuzo Sakakura is now the leader of “Branch Six” of the Future Foundation. He is also the main bodyguard for Kyousuke Munakata. A job he takes very seriously. Out of his fellow Future Foundation Leaders, he has one of the biggest names amongst the criminals and such of the falling world. After all, Juuzo is pretty infamous for his merciless behavior. He will happily kill anyone who is working to spread despair – if that is the best and quickest way to end something, he will not hesitate. You’ll find people often work their hardest, when they feel they need to make up for something. And? Juuzo is no exception.
In a despair-less world, Juuzo has still chosen to disregard his talent, in favor of following his best friend. After all: Kyousuke had chosen to become the Headmaster of the New Oversea’s Branch, of Hope’s Peak Academy. So? Juuzo decided to follow him overseas and offer to be of any help he could be to the other’s mission. Though he’d never seen himself as a teacher – as a couch / p.e. teacher, he’s making it work. He can be a little harsh sometimes, as he has a bit of a temper. But? Surprisingly, his methods really tend to leave an impression with those he works with. ( He also oversees detention. As a personal choice. After all: Someone needs to get these kids to stop causing his friends trouble… )
Post DR3: Future/Hope – Through it had been a close call, in fact, his body had gone into severe shock due to the loss of blood, and he’d slipped into a near death coma, some many months later… Juuzo found himself awake. It was a miracle. No one had thought he would survive, and honestly, now that he’d survived his sacrifice? Even he isn’t sure how he should respond. He’d expected to die. He’d planned for that to make up for everything. So? Finding himself alive again … he couldn’t help but wonder if he hadn’t done enough.
This verse can go many directions: However? Regardless of where it’s placed in the timeline or who found/helped him, he’ll always be wondering about Munakata. He’d nearly died for him. He’d chosen to try to die for him. Including destroying his own arm, cutting it off, to try to save the other. So? Regardless of where he is, his thoughts will be with him – so? Depending on what happens, depression, anxiety, as well as paranoia may follow. ( Especially if he has no way of contacting Munakata, or hasn’t found him yet. )
On the other hand, you’ll see what I did there, if it’s a few years into his recovery… and he’s managed to pull himself together, or run into his former boss again, he’ll probably be a lot more relaxed. Finally able to put the past mistakes he’d made behind him, he’s got a bit of a different air about him nowadays. And? A new robotic arm. ( Told you, you’d see. )
Pre-Danganronpa - A member of Class 74, and the newly recruited Ultimate Boxing Champion, this is where Juuzo Sakakura ended up meeting his future best friends: Kyousuke Munakata and Chisa Yukizome. Of course, there were some rocky moments at the beginning. But? They were able to look past that - After all: It was during this time that Juuzo completed his championship, and by graduation, he’d decided to give up his professional career as a Boxer, despite being the best, so that he could help his friends out. That’s dedication.
Juuzo Sakakura is an ancient warlock – existing since the time of Babylon Tower, when man thought they could build a tower to reach heaven. Due to this, he has existed for so long that he’s got a lot of very particular … ticks about him. He has a dialect that can’t be traced to any one place. He has a graceful walk of someone who has been everywhere, seen everything. He has amethyst eyes, which always glow a little – and glow brighter, as his magic, of the same color, is used.
( He also has no belly-button and has a dark-gray, almost black, tongue. But? He doesn’t talk about those things. Nor does he talk about the fact that his particular bred of warlock has no heartbeat – well? At least, until they meet their soulmate … )
Juuzo Sakakura is the Regulator of Orsus. Meaning, for most purposes, he is both the mayor of the island and the sheriff. He’s in charge of helping make sure all the different members of the Folk get along while living here – harmoniously, or? At least as harmoniously as you can expect from such different creatures. He’s lived here for a long time, so? A little at a time he’s molded this island into what he feels is the safest for those he has living there. Including impossibly high cliff faces, except for the singular dock that works as the entrance. ( His office is located around here. ) And the “beach facing” in the middle of the island. Proving that he’s wasted way too much of his magic hollowing out the island at least a little, to create a beach for his residents. Good thing the island is actually pretty big. ( It’s just unable to be taken a picture of – due to his ancient magic guarding it. )
He is the son of a “greater demon” and a “hero of old” ( meaning someone who was born of a human and angel parent – biblically speaking ), which is why he has so much strength, as well as the magic to maintain all of this.
During the events of Danganronpa 3: Despair - Juuzo Sakakura has decided to do whatever he can to help out his friend, Kyousuke Munakata. Including? Infiltration. Becoming the “Head of Security” for Hope’s Peak Academy, he’s gained access to most of the place - and has the permission to watch out for troublemakers. Of course, his true objective is Kyousuke’s. He’s here to find whatever evidence he can to help the other with his mission. And? In the meantime, he’s been informed to do what he can to guard their shared friend, Chisa Yukizome… whose gone undercover as well. She’s become a teacher. He’s become a guard. Between the two of them? They should be able to find something right?
Name: Juru Sakakura
Juru Sakakura is the “Ultimate Boxing Champion.” She is smart, quick witted, and after winning every other title available for it - they finally let her go for the World Championship. Finally proving her spot there, just like anyone else. She is confident in her strength. Confident in her abilities. And yet? She does have some complications in school… and otherwise.
As is often the case with women in professional sports that most people consider “manly,” people have often taken to teasing her and calling her names - Or assuming things about her. For the most part? This has never bothered her. After all: In sports, people tend to get competitive. That can bring out a certain cruelty in people. She expects that, and it doesn’t bother her. However? She doesn’t want to bring that sort of cruelty to the people she cares about most…
So? Despite being a bit more cheerful then her male counterpart, she tends to restrain herself on a more personal level. After all: She can deal with the teasing and the bullying. ( If she has too? She can break some faces… ) But? She knows that she’d lose it if someone started giving ether Munakata or Yukizome a hard time, because they’re her friends. … she loves them too much to ever let that happen.
( Aside from those differences? This is more or less an add-on verse - So? It can be in connection to any of the verses above. And? Is available, mostly by request. )
After meeting up with his birth family, Corrin couldn’t help but want to stay by their side - this was his family too, right? This was the land he was meant to have grown up with. These where the siblings he had been forcefully taken away from. This was his birthright.
It broke his heart to turn away from the family that raised him - but taking up his Hoshidian name, Kamui, he steels his heart and does his absolute best to protect his family. Both sides, if he can help it... but there is no saving everyone. And though he never meant for his returning home to hurt his adopted family as well... he knows that he’s caused them unnecessary grief.
Having decided to return with his adoptive siblings back to Nohr - after all! They may not be his blood siblings, but they’ve always been his family. But, despite this logic making perfect sense to him, it appears the king is enraged by his return.
He can’t put his finger on it. He’s unable to understand why the king is so upset by his return and continuously pushing him to “prove his loyalty” all of a sudden... But, he’s doing his best to support his family. And his family is doing their best to protect him as well.
In this verse - he’s learned that his birth name is Kamui, but usually answers to Corrin instead. His Nohrian name.
( This verse is only available upon request! I default to Birthright or Revelations usually. :’3 )
When faced with an impossible decision to pick one family or the other - Kamui makes one very important decision: He won’t chose ether side. He won’t betray ether side... and so? He and Azura make a dash for it. Leaving the area and having both sides declare him a traitor, due to his inability to chose ether side.
This eventually leads him down the path of multiple truths - things that he had never known was going on behind the scenes, and? Opens the opportunity to save all of his family, both sides, from the invisible puppet masters behind the scenes.
Fire Emblem ( crossover ) verse! To allow Kamui to interact with Fire Emblem characters from various titles. This verse is still heavily under construction!
Hiei, after losing the demon tournament, appears to be comfortable where he’s currently living. Finding himself remaining around Mukuro’s side, regardless of the fact that he’s more than free to leave at any time. Now? He patrols the Demon Realm, returning humans that had lost their way back to their own side of the now nonexistent barrier. A strange job for a man who hates humans, hmm?
The second tournament that Hiei partakes in. This time? Due to a decision Yusuke made. About exactly how the new ruler of the demon realm would be chosen. ( I will also be using this tag for the “Three Kings Arc,” until I decide to make a separate verse for it?) He is a man who still seeks strength, to some extent, however? He doesn’t particularly have many goals at this time. Leaving him with the resolve that it’s alright to die. He doesn’t seek death, but? If it happens, it happens. He appears to be a little more willing to befriend and talk more honestly during this time… should the mood strike.
At this particular moment, the fire sprite lives in an assigned area of sorts. Keeping himself out of trouble, and remaining within these grounds, at least? Until he is finally off of his parole. It promise of early release from his sentence that truly gets him to work, again, with his old allies. However? He appears to be drawn a little further into everything as time goes on. Could it be that he’s gaining a small soft spot for the lot of them? Not likely.
Regardless of his personal feelings about working with a team? Hiei has decided to go along with the Spirit Realms plan to throw him onto a bit of a makeshift team, led by the very detective that had first defeated him and gotten him punished. During this time? Hiei is particularly brutal with his self-training. Welcoming the pain and punishment, as long as it yields gain just as great. During this time? Hiei learns how to master the “Dragon of the Darkness Flame,” though? It does appear to have its back-draws.
The Jaganshi, Hiei is a small, vicious, fire demon who has more than his fair share of secrets, plots, plans, etc. He appears to rely mainly on his speed and his skill with the sword, at this particular stage in his life. However, what is it that particularly drives him to do the things he does? Could it be that he has some mastermind like goal? Or could it be something far simpler than that …
❝I heard you called a certain someone a 'bully'.❞ What a hilarious, childish name. She knew of that man's true nature having witnessed it first-hand, growing accustomed to it, welcoming that darkness herself. A snort soon followed. ❝I wonder if you would say the same to his face. Whatever you might believe after me after that fall-out we had, he is ten-- no, an infinite time worse. I would be careful if I were you, but you can ignore my advice.❞ [ For Yukimura. ]
When the other spoke to him, his cat-like golden eyes shiftover. It’d been a while since she’d went out of her way to speak to him. And?That was fine. Perhaps it was childish of him, but he wasn’t the type toget angry often – so when forced into that position, it made him ratheroff-put. Not that he’s prone to holding grudges, necessarily, however? He wasn’tgoing to be the same chipper man for a while yet. He was put into a rather tightposition at that time – and that was withouther coming in and speaking to him when she’d already made up her mind onhow that encounter was going to go.
“So what if I have?” Yukimura eventually sighs out the words, frowning alittle as he scratches the back of his head. “I have never been one to refrainfrom speaking my mind. And I feel like bully is the most acceptable thing I couldcall him. Especially to Isanami. It’s best to respect the fact that she doesn’treally like swearing.”
However, he does listen to her the rest of the way. Therewas little in regards to a physical response – his eyes remained on the crimson-eyedwoman. Listening, in respectful silence, before nodding a little after shefinished. “I suppose I can try to remember that, should I ever meet him myself.”The words were spoken briefly, curtly, but earnestly. Pulling out his fan as hespeaks then – snapping it open to cover the lower half of his face. “However, Ishould remind you of something I said to you before: I don’t fear death. ShouldI lose my head for something I said at a poorly timed moment? Then that isbecause it was fate that it should happen that way. And perhaps if you’reconcerned for how I approach thisman, you should be more careful not to allow him around gentle souls likeIsanami.”
If she was implying this man was a threat towards UEDA, thenit was her who should be careful – asit was her who had brought him this direction. The LORD of UEDA didn’t hold hisold charming face for her at this time.
If she thought this man was a threat, and she was the reason he was here – then itwas HER, who should be watching herself. Because if something did happen to hispeople under her watch, then the freedom she had around here would be revoked. He’d been rather open and kind to her, he’d always been. After all, he was arather OPEN MINDED lord, by comparison to most. But if she started activelybeing a threat, or bringing threats, into his land? He would have to change histone. As the Lord, his duty was first to his people. “I appreciate yourcandidness about this. I’ll make sure my Brave’s are properly informed on thefact that he is a treat. But, unless you have information on how to deal with him - I’m unsure of what you want to do by giving me this information.”
@explosivestorm
The main canon route for Gojun - this is where the timeline of Gaiden happens. And prior. He’s a Dragon God, and very serious about his job as the General of the Western Army. He’s a good person, though stern. And, when it comes down to it, he wants to believe that Heaven is better then it is...
But, when faced with the truth of everything, he decides that if he can do nothing else? He will at least be a scribe for the events that take place.
Having seen the others actions - in this verse, Gojun decided to take their side during the events that took place. Once he’d been kidnapped, he’d talked to them for a while, trying to make sense of their decisions. However, having already seen some of the corruption taking place in heaven? He was a little more willing to go along with what they were saying...
It’s true. Heaven is rotting. And they might as well abandon ship before everything simply goes under.
Being reincarnated as an actual . . . dragon wasn’t what he’d expected. In fact: He’s one of few that actually retained his memories after the massacre that their grand exit had been. However, he’d been alive up there for some time still. Not for long, his injuries had been far too severe for that, but...
Nowadays, he’s doing what he can to help them, whether they remember or not. Perhaps it is repentance that he remembers, but they know nothing...
Kazuki’s canon series verse. Having originally run his on group in the Infinity Fortress, he eventually joins the “Volts” to become one of Ginji’s “Four King’s.” And? When Ginji eventually left, he remained a part of it - though? A distant part, for a time. Eventually he left entirely, deciding that he had to seek his answers elsewhere, somehow else.
However, he knows where his answers are... he just knows he’s not strong enough to reach it yet.
In the other “World,” this human who is connected to Kazuki is actually a female. She leads a peaceful life without worry and without war. She has none of the same trials or troubles as her male counterpart from the “back-up” world, in fact? She barely knows he exists at all. She is a sweet young woman with a kind disposition.
When he awakened to a stigmata, the same was some of the others have - many things became more obvious to him. And? In this verse, he decided to keep it. This verse is still heavily ( under construction ).
