The “Saint of Swamps,” Chamo is uniquely gifted … Even for a Saint. She is absurdly powerful and very adapt to using her abilities. Even being known for accidentally killing a man during a tournament. Because of this, people often avoid her and fear her. After all: She isn’t exactly someone people can get after easily … making her hard to discipline or teach any sort of particular set of rules, or how to treat people.
When Chamo was chosen, she wasn’t surprised. And? Her parents were quick to pack her up and send her on her way with a map, and less then a few words of encouragement. Even they feared her, and were apt to having her out of the house. So? Without a second thought, when she received her mark? She went of to join who were supposed to be her companions.
Though it is common knowledge that those who are chosen don’t always live - Chamo managed to. It had been a long, difficult, battle. The things that happened in the “Wailing Demon Territory” will never quite leave her. She’d always hoped to have friends - and those she’d bonded with there? Were the only people she wanted to see nowadays. It was rare for people to come to trust her… and even rarer for her to find people she could trust. She’s happy to talk about her adventures to those who will listen. But? She’s chosen a quiet lifestyle, just outside of society.
Chamo Rosso is the “Tree Frog” Role-Holder - A unique, yet unattached, neutral role-holder. A traveler and unconnected to any particular land or territory. She is frequently on her own, preferring her own company over that of others. After all: Chamo cannotbe around people often. Touching others, coming into contact with their skin, can cause people to be poisoned by her - and depending on her mood, depends on the poison or toxic. When she’s happy, it is hallucinogenic. When she is angry, it can be lethal. And? most people don’t want to risk it. Of course, you’d need to be in contact with her for a long time for the effects to be serious… But? Most don’t want to take that chance.
World’s most awkward human being tries to learn to human more by hanging around his friends Ikki and the Heroine. He’s not great about it sometimes, and he’s awfully busy, but he somehow finds time for them regardless. ( And Math. He’s always got time for math. In fact? He’s probably got too much time for math. )

Hattori Hanzo, the leader of the Iga League of Five, is a manipulative shinobi whose existence… is a little strange. “Hattori Hanzo” is a false name, handed down from shinobi to shinobi, to whomever is strongest at that time. It is to create the illusion of “immortality.” (If one dies, another will arise.) However? The strangest things about him are his views on the world, the fact that he wants shinobi to rule over the lords, and the simple fact that he can summon fire from nothingness. At this point? He’s not terribly approachable, unless he’s been hired to do a job. And even then? Don’t expect him to butter you up.
For a while, Hanzo was something of a traveling shinobi. Initially unemployed, and eventually hired by Sanada Yukimura, to become their current “Brave of Fire.” He’s trying to become a member of the team, and because of that? He has a little bit of a different “persona” that he’s presenting to everyone. Friendly, approachable, and attempting to be a team player, Hanzo is attempting to become a part of the Braves and live up to his new title. But? How sincere is it? That’s the part the whole team is questioning.
Hanzo is a very particular sort. A little too nosy. A little too friendly. And? A little too pushy. He likes to involve himself in his friends activities and make himself a part of the group. This occasionally makes him hard to be around, but? This won’t stop him. ( He is a senior in high school, in this AU. He’s also known for taking a multitude of odd jobs, due to the fact that he lives alone. )
Warning: This AU is based on a headcanon that I have with Dev. ( @carnifcx ) In this AU, Hattori Hanzo is the “persona” that Saizou’s “dead friend” became. Due to the fact that he had willingly subjected himself to working for a lord, only to find himself discarded and “killed,” before being tossed into a river? Hanzo has a vague fear of fast waters and cloudy memories from before the incident in its entirety. He doesn’t remember being Saizou’s old friend, and he’s become very different since then… However? From time to time, those old memories come creepy up… and he wishes he knew who that old friend of his was.
The shinobi in charge of over-seeing the younger shinobi’s training, Chojirou is often very proud of those he has worked with. Trusting them and treating them as full-blown shinobi, the moment he believes they’re ready. He wants to give all of his companions a chance to prove themselves, and won’t deny them the opportunity.
However, he is a duty bound man - if given an order, he will try to complete it. Even if it destroys him.
Despite his obvious loyalties to the village, despite his dedication to Koga, he’s unable to bear the weight of his orders. He wanted to complete them, even if it destroyed him - he’s a shinobi. He shouldn’t have an opinion. He shouldn’t be able to argue or disagree with his orders, he knows that. And yet? With those orders pointing his blade towards his loved ones... he can’t.

( spoilers for birthright! )
When Kamui/Corrin left their family to side with their “birth” family, Leo and the others felt understandably betrayed. They’d been nothing short of family to them and when they left - they where heartbroken and betrayed. And? Their father was quick to turn on them. . . There was little they could do in the matter, rather then fight. And though they didn’t hate them, they couldn’t forgive them ether.
Later down the verse, Leo is calmed some... and due to calming down and listening to reason when approached, he is one who manages to survive the events of their leaving. Eventually becoming the next King of Nohr. A position he had never truly expected to be taking, but? He hopes to make his family proud. Both those there, and in the afterlife.
( spoilers for conquest )
When Kamui/Corrin was seperated from them all and went to Hoshido... and decided to come back, despite everything they found out? Even, eventually, bringing back their missing sibling Azura? They’re understandably relieved. Especially given what they’re told that they found out.
However - it appears that their father no longer shows them favor. It’s strange, despite proving their loyalty repeatedly, he seems particularly cruel to them. And it’s not something Leo necessarily understands, and yet? They keep trying to help their sibling prove themselves.
Following an unlikely chain of events, unfolding since the moment Hoshido and Nohr began fighting over whose sibling Kamui/Corrin was - and having them simply refuse to take ether side and leave? It’s a slow gradual process to bring both sides together. And though some are more reluctant to accept this peace then others, it does bring both sides together. Working towards a common cause.
Fire Emblem ( Crossovers ) verse! Basically - like in Hero’s or Warrior’s, they were hero’s summoned somewhere else for a cause. ( under construction )
It seemed only natural that the current “Saint of Blades” be chosen as one of the Brave’s. After all: She was powerful, talented –naturally gifted. When she was chosen, no one questioned it. It was clearly something she had deserved. However? Behind her playfulness, she has a bit of a wicked streak. Often pushing jokes just a little too far, just to see how people respond. She knows, she observes, and knows often which buttons to press to get the exact responses she is looking for.
Due to the heavy spoiler nature of this verse, I’m going to be purposely vague. After the events of book one, no one in the group is in the best place … trust wise, that is. Feeling and memories of the “lock down” everyone went through is still fresh in everyone’s mind.
Before it was time for the heroes to be chosen, Nashetania never had many chances to leave her home … As the “Saint of Blades” she is a warrior. Proud and strong. But? As a princess, she hasn’t left her home much … Though? As far as princess’ go, her life hasn’t exactly been simple, easy, or … nice.

“Scared? Truly? Of little ol’ me?” Anastasia asks – attempting to keep a straight face, while a smile tickled at her lips. She couldn’t HIDE things from her younger companion anymore. At least, not little things. The fact that she’d purposely snuck up on the younger Brave was as much of a give away as any. . .
However, since the other seemed to melt into her hug anyways? Despite her complaints? Anastasia would simply have to assume that she hadn’t truly done anything wrong. Leading to her sticking out her tongue, somewhat childishly, at the others “ t h r e a t. “
“You wouldn’t do that to me.” Anastasia is quick to say, chuckling a little at the others response – seeing the smaller BRAVE also stick out her tongue slightly. Today they were both acting VERY MATURE, clearly. Though, when ISANAMI gives her a chaste kiss on the nose – Anastasia blinks. Her sapphire eyes widening, for once, earnestly – surprise dancing in them.
Little things Isanami did had a way of throwing her entirely off her game. ( But – I suppose that was a little of what l o v e was, wasn’t it? )
This loss would only last a fraction of a second. Composure quickly returned with a chuckle and the comment, “Yes, dear. Yes you do.” And with that, the older B R A V E entirely releases Isanami from her hug. Instead, offering out her hand. The non-vocal cue for the other to come with her. “But only this time. I have a reputation to keep.”
Ardyn “Izunia,” as he chooses to be called, is the Chancellor of Niflheim. And? Because of that, he holds a position of importance - He calls a lot of shots, as well as does a lot of large-scale planning. A lot of Niflheim’s advantages, both magically and technology wise, have to do with the things he’s ether hinted at … Or downright given them. He has his own goals, however. He always has. And it has relatively little to do with the success of Niflheim’s conquest.
Approaching with a different name and acting the part of the friendly “stranger,” Ardyn has decided to do something of a… experiment. He’s been working at his goal for years, usually watching those involved at a distance. This time? He’s decided to do it from a fair bit closer.
He doesn’t expect this’ll change the results. Why would it? When he’s worked so long at something, he’s hardly about to change his mind. His methods, however? He’s used the same ones for so long. It’s time to change it up a bit…
Fate has always been a cruel mistress - Ardyn is more familiar with that then most people. However, despite how bitter he’s become, despite how long he’s been around, he has never seen a turn of events like this. The young prince, the fated king, has decided to come to him in hopes of… what? Overthrowing this world that was willing to throw him to the wolves?
… how interesting.
Unwilling to wait, the moment he found out that Noctis was going to be the “Chosen King,” he took matters into his own hands - Going to the capital and raising all sorts of hell. Leaving it near destroyed, and the boy? He took with him.
After that, he left the capital - using magic to help the boy’s memories sink to the bottom of his mind. Leaving him confused, but? Not without those memories. Eventually, when everything was said and done, they’d return. They’d float back to the surface, as long as Ardyn wasn’t around to use the spell anymore. In fact? Ardyn has prepared notebooks of information related to the capital, related to Noctis, about his abduction, who his real family is - Everything. But? For now, he’s decided he’d raise the boy who would eventually kill him. He wanted to make sure … He wanted to ensure that, this time? Things would end.
The young hero determined to become the king - the young man who was determined to help his people with the scourge! Ardyn is young, determined, and driven. He is willing to sacrifice himself and his time for his people’s well being and health.
This is before anything that lead to his exile - and? He’s only just barely beginning to feel the side effects of his ability to help those in need. So? He’s at his healthiest, and at his most basic mindset. Without years and years of hate tainting it, you’ll find he’s a pretty pleasant guy, all things considered! A little exhausted - but? You’ll have to expect that a little, given how hard the guy works.
Possibly one of the pickiest vampires - Lawless of Greed has a terrible habit of picking new Eve’s, and killing them the moment he’s become sick of them. This is usually due to the realization that someone has hit their “limit,” they’ve stopped showing potential. However? Licht has… surprisingly kept his interests, despite everything. And? So far, doesn’t seem to be in any danger of actually being killed by him. ( If his violence is any indicator? Hyde might be the one in danger … )
The Servamp of Greed, Lawless has been around the block a few times - A fan of art, theater, and the ever-changing world, he finds himself fascinated with those responsible for molding the world. People who can leave “lasting changes,” or become “immortal” and remembered … based off of what they can accomplish. Of course, he’s already made his decision on this topic: No one is going to be remembered. Everyone will one day be forgotten, regardless of the degree of what they’ve accomplished… but he does enjoy watching them fail. Even if only to justify the loss that he still can’t quite comprehend.
Enthusiastic and whimsical, Hyde enjoys throwing himself into projects - way too many projects. But? He wants to be part of things. Part of groups. He enjoys being part of moments, memories, and seems to be physically unable to stop himself from wanting to be a part of literally everything.
Or to stop himself, if he finds he wants to be around someone… for any reason. ( However? Unaccustomed to rejection, he finds himself even more interested in people who push him away… )
Main series verse! This will be my default verse unless requested otherwise. This takes place during the bulk of the series, but before his exile. He is a severe man, but? When it comes down to it - not entirely unpleasant. He works hard to accomplish what he thinks is best, and is consistent in working towards his goals.
He can appear unapproachable, due to his expression and the fact that he rarely gives away what he’s thinking. His speaking mannerisms... also do little to add him in this. He often appears uninterested in speaking to others. But? He is fiercely protective of his family.
The verse for prior to the main story line - so back when Hakuyuu and Hakuren were still alive. Generally speaking, this will be young Kouen’s verse.
However, this can also be his “what if” verse - assuming the verse is played as though Hakuyuu and Hakuren survived somehow.
( under construction )
This is his canon timeline verse ; Adlet, having been chosen to be one of the “Braves” has begun his travels to help his fellow “braves” seal the Majin. He has one of the “Crests of the Six Flowers,” resting on the back of his dominant hand. In this verse, there is a lot of confusion - after all: despite being honored to be chosen, and being the “strongest man in the world,” his words not mine, … there are too many braves. Never have so many been chosen. So? There must be a traitor … or a liar. A lot of this verse is Adlet trying to pull the team together, and trying to work alongside of each other, while trying to figure out who the traitor could possibly be.
A master of “trick weapons,” Adlet Mayer finds himself often called upon by those seeking weapons and such - He doesn’t sell to just anyone. His weapons are his passion, and he won’t have them used to back a person or group he doesn’t agree with. So? For the most part, he is a traveling merchant … Forever looking for new things to make his weapons with, and continuing to smith and forge what has got to be some of the most unique weapons in the country at this time.
A traveler with little in mind for a goal - he travels the lands to try to learn things a little more first hand. Something that had been recommended to him by his teacher, the man who taught him to fight, and to build. Now? He is doing just that. Traveling the countryside, traveling from city to city, to figure out things for himself. Learning more about local and foreign plants, poisons, antidotes, weapons - and becoming something of a craftsman in the process. He considers himself something of a traveling gentleman, however. So? If approached with an issue? He’ll do what he can to help those in need.
… which is probably why he is always suffering from lack of funds.
All he’d ever wanted in the world … was to be chosen as one of the Brave’s. To be given the chance to prove himself, to make up for what happened, to save people like he was once unable to. All he’d ever wanted was to be a hero. To prove that he didn’t have to be a prodigy or naturally talented to become a hero. And? He fought and trained every day, proving himself again and again with tricks, weapons, and everything in the book, to do so. And yet? Here he was - Here was everything he’d ever dreamed off, and? He hadn’t been chosen. He hadn’t accomplished anything. And? If he couldn’t accomplish his dream, if he couldn’t be chosen on the grounds that he wasn’t “good enough,” he’d damned well prove them wrong. The Goddess choose poorly. And he would prove it. Even if it meant slaughtering those she had chosen.
