Æon Flux
Æon Flux is a canceled game based on the 1991 American animated television series of the same name. It was announced on April 9, 1996 for the PlayStation and PC. A game based on the episode "Demiurge" was developed by Cryo Interactive and published by Viacom New Media. It first appeared at E3 that same year, and the ad was even included in the 1996 VHS release of the animated series.
While working on the game, Viacom New Media will team up with Virgin Interactive. The merger would eventually see Viacom's games in development canceled and leave Cryo Interactive with no rights to use the Aeon Flux property. However, the game's resources were not lost, but were reworked into the 1997 Pax Corpus game. Pax Corpus retained many obvious similarities to the canceled game. For example, some parts of the second mission in Pax Corpus called "Prison" resemble in their appearance the level from the canceled game.
In February 2019, the project build dated November 18, 1996 was leaked.
AEON FLUX
I watch aeon flux (the show) a couple times a year and while I have the DVD I also bought it on Amazon so I can watch it without getting up and boy am I never doing that again.
Suddenly scenes are missing from my PURCHASED media, my best guess is Amazon replaced their version with whatever version paramount put up to save space and paramount edited the fucking show. I can't imagine why Amazon would be editing random old shows they don't even offer on prime.
Part where the kid with the bottlecap loses his arm? Gone. Cold meat mutton pies? First half of the scene. Gone. So the first half of the rhyme is missing as well as the significance of everyone getting a cabbage. What the fuck.
