Overhaul’s whole thing was hating quirks and thinking they were sicknesses. Chrono has a mutant quirk and worked as his right hand man.

For Kai, Chrono’s quirk was a physical reminder of quirks and something Hari couldn’t just turn off. Hari’s hair was a physical reminder of everything Kai hated

He’s one of my favorite characters because of how complex he is with his internal workings and thought processes with right vs wrong, so I love developing him even more with mundane little ideas
