for me its mostly my neck/upper shoulders and middle bottom of my rib cage like where it splits in the center when i get sad/upset it gets like achey and itchy(???) i cant really explain it for my neck/upper shoulders i just hold a lot of tension there and sometimes ill like involantarily shake/shiver or my head will jerk to the side when i get to anxious its kinda a tic i guess? also im almost certainly autistic also (tw for sh) the achey/itchy feeling in my lower chest when im upset is where my urge to stab myself comes from bc its very unpleasent and my brain went 'you know what would relieve this feeling? being stabbed in that spot' which... no i dont think it would but ok

what if i told you that being triggered isn’t a get out of jail free card and you’re still responsible for the things you do when youre triggered

i have a cat so just so many scars also top surgery + had a puberty blocker implat in my arm + some barely visable sh scars i cant really count how many scars i have bc cat and also many are very very faded but still there yknow oh also i pick at my skin like way to fuckin much so i have a bunch of scars from that but most of them just look like freckles
