I still don't understand why people say I'm obsessed with Rick and Morty. Just because I rewatched it over 10 times, am planning on reviewing every single episode, have a blog with over 1000 posts mainly about it, wrote over 40 fanfics about the main characters, and overanalyze everything about it does NOT mean I'm obsessed. Sebastian is Mean

I love parallels between Sebastian the dog and Sebastian the butler. Ciel interprets the dog's behavior as mean because he's judging it by human standards, but it's obviously just trying to protect him. If a person doesn't know better, a cat picking up a kitten by its neck looks scary.

It's the same with playful behavior: the way an adult dog or cat plays with puppies/kittens (or even the babies playing with eachother) comes across as mean or dangerous from a human's perspective. However, the play fighting is necessary for proper socialization.

Ciel thinks Sebastian the butler is mean to him, too, but maybe from a demon's perspective, his conduct is normal protective and playful behavior toward the young of his species.

it's so important to me that I finally indulged in Tumblr as much as I do, bc now I can ramble whatever I want about, for example, Rick and Morty and I can post something like

"look how cute morty is!"

a there are a few people who will interact and be like "yeeeesss he's so cute!🥺"

and going to be excited about just like me

I'm not saying my friends ignore my passion and interests but I can see that they are not that much invested and emotional about it as I am. it's about the energy y'know? and I don't blame them! everyone has their own things they are interested in, I'm glad as long as they listen and nod along.

so I'm was thinking, Rick Prime killed our Rick's Diane and Beth. Then erased every Diane in existence so Rick C-137 could never get her back. But Morty Prime exists, right? So Rick Prime was in a relationship maybe brief or maybe a marriage but he and Diane had a child - Beth. It could be a completely loveless relationship and he obviously couldn't give two fuck's about his Beth but the fact is still there, he murdered a mother of his child. I'm aware, I'm stating an obvious, well known facts but when you think about it hard like that, it's so dark.
