Hunter and Willow (from the Owl house) remind me a lot of Johnny and Mavis from Hotel Transylvania and there's this one scene from Hotel Transylvania 2 that I remember and i haven't seen anyone make this comparison:

This is my ROTG (Rise Of The Guardians) OC. Her full name Is Samhain, and she's the spirit of the Festival of Samhain. In this world, the festival started because humans stumbled upon her and thought she was a messenger of the dead, the one who opened the doorways to the Otherworld and let the spirits and supernatural beings into this world. She can shapeshift, but she prefers her satyr-like form. Her goat-like features are the reason people sacrificed goats and livestock during the festival (though she never really liked the sacrifices).

She was friends with the OG guardians (everyone except Jack) a long time ago (back when people still celebrated Samhain). But as people stopped believing in her, she got weaker and eventually couldn't leave her home forest in Ireland. The others didn't really have time to visit with all their guardian duties.

She was particularly close with Bunnymund (The Easter Bunny) since he's a Pooka (a large bunny-like creature from Irish folklore), and she lives in Ireland. They had a close relationship, often playfully flirting with each other (She loves to tease him for his Aussie accent and bunny features), but nothing ever REALLY came from the flirting.

She's mysterious and often aloof unless she's around her friends or small children. When she's around kids, she takes on a more maternal personality. I like to think Jaimie's little sister is the first one who's able to see her, and Sammi ends up almost crying when she does. She loves to play and dance with the kids, let the girls (or boys!) braid her hair, let them mess with her horns, etc.

So I've been re-reading the Olympians graphic novel series (100% recommend by the way) and I kind of wanted to redesign/make "character sheets" for different greek gods I like (which isn't a lot by the way, so i won't be doing many unless you'd all like me to because I love you all <3)

The first one I did was hades. I'm super proud of that one. Then Apollo (that pose was freehanded by the way!!!!!!). Hermes is a work in progress and I half-traced the top pose. I just couldn't get the muscles to look right so I traced some of George O'Connor (the artist and writer behind the olympians series)'s art of Hermes.

The next one on my docket is Dionysos, and maybe also Pan (Hermes' son)

I might do Persephone, Artemis, and Athena but who knows honestly

but anyways do you want to see me do your favorite Greek gods? (I could probably also do other godly beings like the 7 deadly sins or smth (obv redesigned from my designs because I'm not lazy) if you want)

I think some people overlook the fact that most of the main characters in Avatar: the Way of Water are younger than they look.

This man is 15. Neteyam is 15. DOES HE LOOK 15 TO YOU? i mean hey- im 15 too, im not complaining, but he really doesn't look it lol

Lo'ak is 13/14 (there's some debate). He looks 16/17, but nooooo, he's FOURTEEN (at most)

Do Na'vi just look really mature for their ages? LOL The only child main character of this movie that looks her age is Tuk (She's 6/7)

So i recently lost a pet (like- last night)

and I got really sentimental and emotional and I started thinking about other pets i'd lost

so i designed this - a tattoo im going to get when im older

each print represents an animal ive lost

the filled in paw prints are cats

the hollow paw prints are dogs

there are chicken prints and a seagull print

as well as hermit crab claws

and a deer print

all this to say: memorialize your pets in some way. it doesn't have to be a tattoo, but just something to remember them by. making this helped me grieve. I recommend it.
