Sometimes it is good to sit alone and contemplate solely to give yourself a time, not for anything else, but for the sake of the choices you made, of how you come to the realization, to learn by each mistakes, and give yourself a break; it is not that you neglect those choices that committed the wrong answers, but in nurturing to offer yourself forgiveness and chance to step up again, to allow life to enrich you with its abundance.
