in-ho is usually, generally more scary / more intimidating than gi-hun in most situations, yes (gi-hun is usually the sunshine one). but when gi-hun is at the point where he's angry or hurt, when he feels like his back is against the wall and he has to attack to save himself or the people he loves, he's far more scary and more intimidating than in-ho.
