hey, i’ve seen a lot of posts talking about scammers disguising themselves as people in Gaza and i’m curious as to how i can avoid the scams and get to the real people in need of help. i always check for vetting, but i don’t want to turn somebody away and risk not helping them just because they aren’t vetted. most of the time it’s pretty easy to tell if it’s a scam or not, but there are a few i’m still unsure of
Ugh! Boys never go to bed on time!
something like this, perhaps
choose a new skill you'd like to practice!
i completely agree with literally every sentence of this.
each season so far has felt like context leading up to a bigger project. we already know we’ve barely scratched the surface, but i think we’re gonna go a lot deeper than anticipated by a lot of fans. yingdu was pretty much just context. i’m tired of people acting as if this is the last season we’ll ever see
i think the problem with a lot of the link click fandom is that people are scared to have fun and be wrong.
the show is still very much in progress, be silly for now! nothing is certain and they like to fuck with us!
who actually gives a fuck that yingdu wasn’t THE season of all time with a flawless plot. IT WAS FUN.
if you love this show and it’s creators so much, have faith in them and understand that an “in between” season isn’t going to meet all of your personal criteria for what makes a good season. not only are they doing their best, BUT IT WAS A FUN SEASON for the most part and if you take your fucking self serving critic glasses off for two minutes it was pretty enjoyable!!
war crimes
snïef
kitty!!!! why are you attacking them
here’s a hot take: Lily Tino wouldn’t be so “annoying and evil” if people were more accepting towards trans women. i can’t be the only one who can understand her frustration. as far as i’m aware, her only “crime” is getting upset when people misgender her. she probably wouldn’t be getting as upset as she does if there was a level of basic respect towards trans people. of course, a lot of the employees she’s getting upset with are very apologetic and will often times immediately correct themselves, but i think it’s totally fair for her to be like “…? seriously..? you can’t tell that i’m trying to present myself more femininely…?”
sooooo Nazis run America now, and half the country is just ok with that?
WHAT
this post was so pretentious, although my underlying point still stands
saltburn is literally nothing like the media said it was. this is why film and art is dying. no one can sit down and watch a movie that makes them uncomfortable or have to think for more than five seconds.
“omgomgomgomg the bathtub scene im so traumatized oh my god” do you seriously not see the clear as day symbolism for Olivers obsession? it was a very easy way to show “hey, this guy is fucking unwell and you should probably keep an eye on his interactions”. the same bitches will turn around and say “cannibalism as a metaphor for love >”. you are missing the fucking point and you’re doing it on purpose.
also the fact it deals with queer themes is definitely apart of the reason there was so much backlash but thats a vent for a different day.
mcr after they saw the election results

[ID: A three-panel art/mini-comic of Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang. They are on the couch, with Lu Guang lying on his back and reading a book. In the first panel, Cheng Xiaoshi is hovering on all fours over him with a sly smile. Lu Guang is asking him what he’s doing, eyes still on the book. In the second panel, Cheng Xiaoshi is taking Lu Guang’s arm and attempting to get under it, to Lu Guang’s surprise. He successfully gets Lu Guang’s arm around him in the last panel, lying comfortably on top of him. Lu Guang looks annoyed but his blush betrays him. Cheng Xiaoshi’s cheeks are also red, smiling against Lu Guang’s chest. END ID]
